Շիրակի ՀՅԴ-ական մարզպետը նախարարությունում աշխատելիս ևս մեկ բնակարան է «ետ գցել». «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մեկ ամսից ավելի է, ինչ Շիրակի մարզը ղեկավարում է ՀՅԴ-ական նորանշանակ մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը: Վերջինս ՀՅԴ-ի կամոք հրաժարվեց տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման փոխնախարարի իր պաշտոնից և ժամանեց աղքատ Շիրակի մարզը ղեկավարելու:

Պարզվում է,  մինչև Երևանից Գյումրի հասնելը Խաչատրյանին հաջողվել է նախարարությունում աշխատելու ընթացքում ևս մեկ բնակարան ետ գցել:

Արթուր Խաչատրյանը 2016 թվականի հունիսի 22-ին ստանձնելով փոխնախարարի պաշտոնը՝ նույն տարեթվի հուլիսի 4-ին ներկայացրել է հայտարարագիր իր ունեցվածքի վերաբերյալ: Այն ուսումնասիրելուց պարզվում է, որ Խաչատրյանը փոխնախարար ժամանակ ունեցել է երկու բնակարան` բազմահարկ բնակելի շենքում, և INFINITI QX 4 մակնիշի մարդատար ավտոմեքենա:

Այդ տարում Խաչատրյանը ունեցել է կանխիկ 5 մլն 200 հազար դրամ և 6 հազար 700 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Նրա տարեկան եկամուտը 2016-ին հասել է 13,5 մլն-ի:

Արդեն 2017 թվականի հունիսի 22-ին Խաչատրյանը Շիրակի մարզպետի պաշտոնում հայտարարագրել է երեք բնակարան տարբեր բնակելի շենքերում: Նրա ավտոմեքենան փոփոխության չի ենթարկվել: Այս պահին նա ունի 2 մլն դրամ և 4,5 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Նրա տարեկան եկամուտը կազմում է 12,5 մլն դրամ:

Անդրադառնալով Խաչատրյանի կողմից ձեռք բերված նոր բնակարանին՝ նշենք, որ armtimes.com-ի տեղեկություններով, այդ բնակարանը ձեռք է բերվել մայրաքաղաքում: Խաչատրյանը Գյումրիում բնակվում է վարձակալված բնակարանում: Այն գտնվում է Շիրակի մարզպետարանի դիմաց` Հանսմանի թաղամասում:

Armtimes.com-ի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան Շիրակի մարզպետարանից պատասխանել էին, որ Խաչատրյանի բնակարանի վարձակալության համար կառույցի բյուջեից գումար չի հատկացվում: Ստացվում է, որ մարզպետը վարձով է ապրում իր հաշվին: Նշենք, որ մարզպետների աշխատավարձը կազմում է մեկ ամսվա համար  660 հազար դրամ, այսինքն՝ բազային աշխատավարձի՝ 66 000 դրամի տասնապատիկը»:
