ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների նախաձեռնությամբ Բրյուսելում կայացած Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարներ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հանդիպման գլխավոր ձեռքբերումն ինքնին հանդիպման փաստն է։

Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց քաղաքագետ Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանը: «Դրանից ավելի արդյունքների մասին խոսել երևի թե իմաստ չունի»,-ասաց նա: 

Բացի այդ, ըստ նրա՝ դրական է նաև, որ կա պայմանավորվածություն նոր հանդիպման մասին: 

«Այսինքն՝ կարելի է խոսել, որ որոշակի ակտիվացում այնուամենայնիվ բանակցային գործընթացում կա, կամ էլ կա գիտակցում, որ գործընթացը հասել է ինչ-որ վտանգավոր շեմի, և այստեղ կարող է ուղղակի գործը հասնել քաոսային իրավիճակի, քանի որ ռիսկերը և վտանգները մեծանում են: Հետևաբար՝ հանդիպումներով փորձ է արվում գոնե ամեն ինչ պահել կանխատեսելի վիճակում»,-ասաց նա: 

Ռուբեն Մեհրաբյանի համոզմամբ՝ բանակցային գործընթացի շարունակության դեպքում մի քանի խնդիրներ կան, թե ինչ պետք է չանի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այլևս:  

«Դա այն է, որ Մինսկի խմբի եռանախագահության ձևաչափից դուրս հայկական դիվանագիտությունը որևէ այլ բանակցություն չպետք է վարի։ Խոսքը ռուսական հարթակների մասին է, որովհետև նման բոլոր փորձերը հայկական կողմի համար ոչ շահեկան վիճակով են ավարտվել: Ադրբեջանը դուրս է եկել ավելի ուժեղացած և լկտիացած: Այսինքն՝ դրանով ՌԴ-ն ապակայունացնող գործունեություն է տարել տարածաշրջանում և իր դիվանագիտության համար բացել է հնարավորություն»,-ասաց նա:

Բացի այդ, ըստ նրա՝ բանակցային գործընթացը պետք է ուղեկցվի հայկական դիվանագիտության ջանքերով, որ ՌԴ-ի նկատմամբ ՀՀ վերաբերմունքը փոխվի, և պահանջի դադարեցնել զենքի մատակարարումները Ադրբեջանին՝ բացատրելով դրա հետևանքները:
