Ադրբեջանական դատարանը Յունուս ամուսինների վերաբերյալ նոր որոշում է ընդունել

Ադրբեջանում շարունակվում են իրավապաշտպանների դեմ իրականացվող հետապնդումները: Ադրբեջանական դատարանը «Խաղաղության և ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտի» տնօրեն, իրավապաշտպան Լեյլա Յունուսին և նրա ամուսնուն` պատմաբան Արիֆ Յունուսին հարկադրաբար դատարան բերելու ժամկետը երկարաձգել է ևս 1 ամսով:

 Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Ազադլըգ» թերթը հայտնում է, որ Յունուսների վերաբերյալ գործը գտնվում է  Բաքվի վերաքննիչ դատարանում:

Բաքվի վերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավոր Միրպաշա Հուսեյնովի փոխանցմամբ` Յունուս ամուսիններին հարկադրաբար դատարան ներկայացնելու որոշումը 2017-ի մայիսի 17-ին դատարանի կողմից ուղարկվել է Բաքվի Յասամալի շրջանի ոստիկանություն:

«Արդեն անցել է երկու ամիս, սակայն ոստիկանական բաժանմունքը այս գործի վերաբերյալ դատարանին դեռևս ոչ մի տեղեկություն չի փոխանցել»,-ասել է դատավորը:

Յունուս ամուսինների պաշտպանությամբ զբաղվում է ադրբեջանցի հայտնի  փաստաբան Էլչին Սադըգովը, ով դատարանից պահանջել է ամուսիններին հարկադրաբար դատարան բերելու հետ կապված բոլոր փաստաթղթերը և դրանք ներկայումս ուսումնասիրության է ենթարկում:

Լեյլա եւ Արիֆ Յունուս ամուսինները 2014 թվականի ամռանը ձերբակալվել են պետական դավաճանության եւ այլ մտացածին քրեական հանցագործությունների մեղադրանքներով: Նրանց փաստաբանները պնդում են, որ այդ մեղադրանքները ոչնչով հաստատված չեն:

Ամուսինների նկատմամբ նախնական հետաքննությունն ավարտվել էր հուլիսի 2-ին: «Պետական դավաճանության» հոդվածով երկուսի դեմ մեղադրանքներն առանձնացվել են որպես առանձին գործեր:

Լեյլա Յունուսը եւ նրա ամսուսին Արիֆ Յունուսը մեղադրվում են, իբր, Հայաստանի օգտին լրտեսություն կատարելու մեջ, սակայն, նրանց հետապնդելու իրական պատճառն Ադրբեջանում առկա 98 քաղաքական բանտարկյալների խնդրի ակտուալացումն էր եւ միջազգային կազմակերպություններին արված' Բաքվում անցկացվելիք Եվրոպական խաղերը բոյկոտելու մասին կոչերը:

Միջազգային հանրությունը Յունուս ամուսիններին քաղաքական բանտարկյալներ, իսկ Amnesty International կազմակերպությունը' «խղճի բանտարկյալներ» էին ճանաչել:

Իլհամ Ալիևը կրկին ցանկանում է ձերբակալել Յունուս ամուսիններին` երկրում ստեղծված վախի մթնոլորտն ավելի ուժեղացնելու և արդարության ու ճշմարտության ձայն ամբողջովին լռեցնելու նպատակով:
