Գյումրիում հուլիսի 11-ին տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական վրաերթի հետեւանքով այսօր հիվանդանոցում մահացած 23-ամյա Արփինե Մանուկյանը շուտով մայր էր դառնալու: Շիրակի մարզի Կամո գյուղի գյուղապետարանից NEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին, որ Արփինեն 5 ամիս առաջ էր ամուսնացել Գյումրիում, մասնագիտությամբ մանկավարժ էր, սակայն, աշխատում էր ԱԻՆ-ում: Արփինե Մանուկյանը հղի էր, մեկ ամսից մայր էր դառնալու:
Վրաերթի օրը տեղում մահացել էր նաեւ Արփինեի ամուսինը՝ 30-ամյա Նելսիկ Ղազարյանը: Ամուսինները վրաերթի օրը գնալիս են եղել Նելսիկ Ղազարյանի քրոջ տուն՝ հյուր, երբ պատահել է ողբերգական դեպքը: Արփինեն ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում տեղափոխվել էր Գյումրիի հիվանդանոց, սակայն, գիտակցության չգալով այսօր մահացել էր:
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ հուլիսի 11-ի երեկոյան ողբերգական դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Շիրակի մարզում: Գյումրի քաղաքում Opel մակնիշի 15 XX 550 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Վազգեն Սարգսյան փողոցում վրաերթի էր ենթարկել 2 հետիոտնի:
Opel-ի վարորդը ձերբակալվել է: Դեպքի արթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242 հոդվածի 3-դ մասով՝ Ճանապարհային երթեւեկության եւ տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման կանոնները խախտելը:
