ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների, եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովները եւ ԱՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովը համատեղ հայտարարությամբ են հանդես եկել: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է հայտարարության տեքստն ամբողջությամբ:

«Քննարկելով վերջին շրջանում հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի սրումը, Ադրբեջանի կողմից շարունակական ապակառուցողական եւ սադրիչ գործողությունները, Ադրբեջանում պետական մակարդակով այլատյացության դրսեւորումը՝

Կողմերը՝

կարեւորում են 1994 եւ 1995թթ. զինադադարի անժամկետ համաձայնագրերով ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորությունների կատարումը,

ընդգծում են Վիեննայի եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովներում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների կարեւորությունը, մասնավորապես զինադադարի խախտումների հետաքննության մեխանիզմների ստեղծումը՝ որպես կանխարգելման գործիք,

արձանագրում են, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների խախտումը, կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումների իրականացման խոչընդոտումը պատասխանատվություն է առաջացնում Ադրբեջանի համար՝ հետեւանքների իր ողջ ծավալով,

դատապարտում են Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության կողմից Ժնեւյան կոնվենցիայի հետեւողական խախտման քաղաքականությունը, քաղաքացիական բնակավայրերի հարեւանությամբ ռազմական հենակետերի տեղակայումը եւ խաղաղ բնակչությանը որպես կենդանի վահան օգտագործելը,

կոչ են անում միջազգային հանրությանը հակամարտության գոտում իրավիճակի սրման պատասխանատուների նկատմամբ կիրառել թիրախային քաղաքական եւ տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ,

ակնկալում են ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահների առավել արդյունավետ եւ գործուն ջանքեր՝ ուղղված իրավիճակի կայունացմանը եւ խաղաղ գործընթացի առաջընթացի համար պայմանների ապահովմանը,

դիմում են միջազգային կառույցներին՝ ակտիվորեն նպաստելու Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորմանը՝ աջակցելով ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ջանքերին»:

Հայտարարությունը ստորագրել են ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, ՀՀ ԱԺ եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը և ԱՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արզիկ Մխիթարյանը:
