Աբխազիայի և Հարավային Օսիայի տարածքով անցնող առևտրային միջանցքը Հայաստանի համար այլընտրանքային ճանապարհ կլինի

 Աբխազիայի և Հարավային Օսիայի տարածքով անցնող առևտրային միջանցքի կառուցման շնորհիվ Հայաստանի համար կհեշտանան բեռնափոխադրումները։ 
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀտրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարՎահան Մարտիրոսյանը։ 
«Այդ ամենը շարունակական բնույթ է կրում և առաջին հերթին կախված է ռուս-վրացական հարաբերություններից։ Հույս ունենք, որ մոտ ապագայում կլինի լուծում»,- ասաց նախարարը։  
Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով՝ այդ ճանապարհի կառուցումը Հայաստանին թույլ կտա ունենալ երկրորդ, երրորդ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհները։ 
«Այժմ ռուս-վրացական-շվեյցարական խումբն աշխատում է, և վերջին հանդիպումը եղել է Պրահայում: Տարբեր հանդիպումների ընթացքում նրանք քայլ առ քայլ առաջ են գնում։ Առևտրային միջանցքի կառուցման շնորհիվ Հայաստանի համար կհեշտանան բեռնափոխադրումները՝ կլինեն այլընտրանքային ճանապարհներ, մրցակցություն, թե ինչ ճանապարհով գնան և, իհարկե, գնային տարբերություն»,- շեշտեց Մարտիրոսյանը։ 
Ճանապարհի կառուցման վերջնաժամկետի վերաբերյալ նախարարը հույս հայտնեց, որ այդ ամենը շատ արագ կլինի։ 
Պրահայում տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների արդյունքում ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Գրիգորի Կարասինն ու Վրաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ, դեսպան Զուրաբ Աբաշիձեն համաձայնության են եկել կյանքի կոչել 2011 թվականին ստորագրված «Առևտրային միջանցքների մասին» համաձայնագիրը։ Ճանապարհն անցնելու է Աբխազիայի և Հարավային Օսիայի տարածքներով։
