Ոստիկանապետը կարևորել է անձնակազմերի պատրաստականության բարելավումը

ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում հոկտեմբերի 16-ին տեղի է ունեցել օպերատիվ խորհրդակցություն, որը վարում էր ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցում էին ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի անդամներ, կենտրոնական ապարատի, մարզային և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ու ծառայությունների ղեկավարներ: Քննարկման առարկան ոստիկանության ծառայությունների և տարածքային մարմինների 2015 թվականի ինն ամիսների օպերատիվ-ծառայողական գործունեության արդյունքներն էին:
Արձանագրված ցուցանիշներին անդրադարձել է Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը:
Հաշվետու զեկույցով հանդես է եկել ոստիկանության պետի առաջին տեղակալ Հունան Պողոսյանը՝ ըստ տարածքների և աշխատանքային ուղղությունների վերլուծելով օպերատիվ-ծառայողական գործունեության արդյունքները, ձեռքբերումներն ու թերացումները: Առաջադրված խնդիրները լիարժեք ու նախատեսված ժամկետներում լուծելու հարցում կարևորելով ոստիկանության ծառայողների ընտրության, մասնագիտական պատրաստվածության, բարոյահոգեբանական մթնոլորտի բարելավման առաջնահերթությունը՝ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանն անդրադարձել է որոշ ծառայողների պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի ցածր պատրաստականությանը, մասնագիտական ու մարդկային անբավարար որակներին և ընդգծել է այդ հարցն արմատապես լուծելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Ոստիկանության պետը կարևորել է անձնակազմերի պատրաստականությունը բարելավելու, աշխատանքային ու կատարողական կարգապահության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու, երիտասարդ կադրերի վերապատրաստման գործում վետերանների ուժերն օգտագործելու անհրաժեշտությունը և որպես այս խնդիրների իրականացման գրավական կրկին ընդգծել է հետևողական գործնական պարապմունքների նշանակությունը:
Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանն արտաքին ծառայությունների պատասխանատուներին հրահանգել է ուշադիր լինել քաղաքացիների հանդեպ, ընդառաջել նրանց բոլոր խնդիրներին, առանձնակի հոգածությամբ վերաբերվել սահմանափակ ֆիզիկական հնարավորություններ ունեցող քաղաքացիներին, օժանդակել նրանց տեղաշարժվելիս, մշտապես լինել օգնության կարիք ունեցողների կողքին:
Ոստիկանության պետը հատուկ ընդգծել է նաև անչափահասների հետ տարվող աշխատանքը և ոստիկանության գործունեության մեջ դեռահասների հիմնախնդիրները առաջին պլան մղելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Ամփոփելով օպերատիվ խորհրդակցությունը՝ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանն ընդհանրացրել է հաշվետու շրջանում ոստիկանության գործունեության տարբեր ոլորտների վերաբերյալ դիտարկումներն ու գնահատականները: Խորհրդակցության ավարտին ստորաբաժանումների ու ծառայությունների պատասխանատուներին տրվել են կոնկրետ ցուցումներ ու հանձնարարականներ:
