Շվեդ օրենսդիրները մեղադրել են Էրդողանին ցեղասպանության մեջ և հայց ներկայացրել դատախազություն

Շվեդ օրենսդիրները բողոք են ներկայացրել ընդդեմ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի՝ մեղադրելով նրան ցեղասպանության, մարդկության դեմ հանցանքների և պատերազմական հանցագործությունների մեջ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հայտնում է Independent-ը:
Շվեդիայի խորհրդարանի հինգ անդամներ երկրի դատախազությանը հայց են ներկայացրել ընդդեմ Էրդողանի՝ մատնանշելով նրա ունեցած դերակատարությունը 2015 թվականից այս կողմ թուրքական ուժերի և քուրդ զինյալների միջև արյունալի հակամարտության գործում:
Սա Շվեդիայում առաջին դեպքն է, երբ փորձ է արվում պատասխանատվության ենթարկել այլ երկրի ղեկավարի: Բողոքի մեջ ներառված են նաև վարչապետ Բինալի Յըդլըրըմի և մի շարք նախարարների անուններ: Եթե դատախազությունը ներկայացված բողոքի հիման վրա որոշում կայացնի դատական գործ հարուցել, ապա Էրդողանին ձերբակալելու հրաման կտրվի:
2014 թվականից Շվեդիայում գործում է օրենք, որը թույլ է տալիս երկրի դատարաններին ցանկացած դատական գործ հարուցել մարդկության դեմ հանցագործություն գործելու համար՝ անկախ նրանից, թե դա որտեղ է տեղի ունեցել:
Կանաչների կուսակցության անդամ Կարլ Շլիթերը հույս է հայտնել, որ եվրոպական երկրները ևս կմտածեն նմանօրինակ քայլի գնալու մասին: «Եթե Էրդողանին խանգարում են շրջել Եվրոպայում և ազդել եվրոպական երկրների վրա այնպես, ինչպես ցանկանում է, ապա հուսով եմ, որ դա կազդի նրա քաղաքականության վրա»,- նշել է նա:
