Вечернее время большинство из нас проводит перед экраном телевизора. Во время захватывающего просмотра любимой телепередачи или фильма так и хочется съесть что-то высококалорийное. Поэтому многие запасаются чипсами, хот-догами или попкорном.
Наша редакция предлагает забыть о банальных снеках и приготовить потрясающую закуску из лаваша. Она полюбилась многим хозяйкам за простоту приготовления и чрезвычайную сытность.
Вкусная закуска из лаваша
ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ
- 1 упаковка тонкого лаваша
- 200 г плавленого сыра
- 250 г колбасы
- 200 г помидоров
- 1 зубчик чеснока
- 50 г укропа
- 2 яйца
- 1,5 ч. л. муки
ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ
- Нарежь колбасу кубиками.
- Помидоры тоже нарежь кубиками.
- Мелко поруби укроп.
- Измельчи чеснок.
- Разрежь лаваш на несколько квадратов.
- Смажь один лист лаваша плавленым сыром. Затем возьми немного укропа, чеснока, колбасы, помидоров и распредели всё это на этом листе. Накрой первый слой начинки другим листом лаваша.
- Повтори все манипуляции еще раз, выложив второй слой закуски из тех же ингредиентов.
- Выложи еще один слой закуски, используя те же ингредиенты. Заверши приготовление блюда, накрыв третий слой лавашом. Предварительно смажь его плавленым сыром.
- Нарежь слоеную закуску на несколько прямоугольников.
- Предварительно взбей в глубокой миске яйцо, добавив немного муки. Обмакни каждый кусочек закуски в яичную смесь и обжарь на сковороде с двух сторон.
Подавай пикантную закуску с греческим йогуртом или со сметаной. Приятного аппетита тебе и твоим родным!
