ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

 

  • 1 упаковка тонкого лаваша
  • 200 г плавленого сыра
  • 250 г колбасы
  • 200 г помидоров
  • 1 зубчик чеснока
  • 50 г укропа
  • 2 яйца
  • 1,5 ч. л. муки

 

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ

 

 
  1. Нарежь колбасу кубиками.

  2. Помидоры тоже нарежь кубиками.

  3. Мелко поруби укроп.

  4. Измельчи чеснок.

  5. Разрежь лаваш на несколько квадратов.

  6. Смажь один лист лаваша плавленым сыром. Затем возьми немного укропа, чеснока, колбасы, помидоров и распредели всё это на этом листе. Накрой первый слой начинки другим листом лаваша.

  7. Повтори все манипуляции еще раз, выложив второй слой закуски из тех же ингредиентов.

  8. Выложи еще один слой закуски, используя те же ингредиенты. Заверши приготовление блюда, накрыв третий слой лавашом. Предварительно смажь его плавленым сыром.

  9. Нарежь слоеную закуску на несколько прямоугольников.

  10. Предварительно взбей в глубокой миске яйцо, добавив немного муки. Обмакни каждый кусочек закуски в яичную смесь и обжарь на сковороде с двух сторон.
