Շաբաթ, կիրակի օրերին Վերնիսաժում տեղ վարձակալելու հարցը քննարկման փուլում է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Պարզվում է Վերնիսաժում շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերին տաղավար վարձակալելը կամ տեղ վերցնելը դարձել է մեծ խնդիր ոչ միայն նորեկների, այլև՝ Վերնիսաժի հնաբնակների համար: Եվ այդ խնդրի պատճառով տուժում են ոչ միայն վերնիսաժցիները, այլև տնօրինությունը: Ու թեև տեղերը սահմանափակ են, իսկ ցանկացողները շատ–շատ, բայց այդպես էլ դեռևս չի հաջողվում հարցին լուծում տալ և ազատ տարածքներում սեղանիկներ տեղադրել, դրանք նույնպես վարձով տալ ու գումար աշխատել:

Այս անհամամասնությունը խախտել է բոլորի՝ վերնիսաժցիների ու տնօրինության անդորրը, որը վերականգնել առայժմ չի ստացվում: Հարցին լուծում տալու համար այգու վարձակալները դիմել են Երևանի քաղաքապետարան՝ նոր շարժական սեղաններ կամ համատեղ ջանքերով այլ լուծում գտնելու համար:

Տնօրենի խոսքով՝ այս պահին հին վերնիսաժցիներից շատերն են զրկվել շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերին այնտեղ առևտուր անելու հնարավորությունից: Տնօրինությունը ստիպված է եղել մարդկանց տրամադրվող տեղերը որոշ չափով փոքրացնել, որպեսզի հնարավորին շատ մարդ կարողանա տեղավորվել այնտեղ, սակայն դա էլ հարցի լուծում չի եղել: Եվ հիմա 200 մարդ զրկվել է իր նախկին տեղից էլ, նորից էլ:

Նրանց մեջ կան նաև ժողովրդական վարպետներ, արվեստագետներ, բայց տեղի սակավության պատճառով նրանք էլ են նույն ճակատագրին արժանացել:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մնացած օրերին, ապա տաղավարներն ազատ են և ցանկացողները կարող են երկուշաբթիից ուրբաթ օրերին տեղ վարձել և Վերնիսաժի տարածքում առևտուր անել: Մեկ քառակուսի մետրի գինն օրական 1000 դրամ է: Շատ տաղավարներ վարձակալել են սիրիահայերը, բայց հին վերնիսաժցիների համար դա գայթակղիչ առաջարկ չէ: Եվ քանի որ Վերնիսաժն ինչ–որ տեղ նաև դարձել է երևանցիների ու մայրաքաղաքի հյուրերի սիրելի տեսարժան վայրերից մեկը, ուր հանգստյան օրերին այցելելը մի տեսակ դարձել է կոլորիտային զբոսանք, քանի որ կարելի է հանդիպել ոչ միայն հայ վաստակավոր ու վաստակաշատ վարպետներին, այլև ծանոթանալ նրանց գործերին և ինչու չէ այցելուների շարքում տեսնել աշխարհահռչակ մարդկանց ու դեմքերի: Բայց ափսոս, որ Վերնիսաժի այգին բարեկարգվելուց ու նորոգվելուց հետո տեղի հարցն այդքան սրվեց ու վերածվեց մի մեծ խնդրի, բայց հույս ունենք, որ շուտով ամեն ինչ լավ կլինի, և որևէ մեկն այլևս ստիպված չի լինի խռովել, որ մեր բոլորի կողմից այդքան սիրված Վերնիսաժում ինքը տեղ չունի:
