«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը, ով նախկինում զբաղեցրել է Վայոց ձորի մարզպետի պաշտոնը, Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով է ներկայացրել իր պաշտոնը ստանձնելու 2017 թ. հայտարարագիրը:
Նորընտիր պատգամավորը հայտարարագրել է թվով հինգ անշարժ գույք՝ բնակարան, երկու հողամաս, բազմաբնակարան շենքի ոչ բնակելի տարածք և անավարտ՝ կիսակառույց, շինություն: Շարժական գույքից նրան է պատկանում «PORSCHE CAYENNE 3.6» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան:
Բագրատյանը պատգամավոր դառնալու պահին ունեցել է նաև բաժնեմասեր երեք տարբեր ընկերություններում՝ համապատասխանաբար 100, 25 հազար և 10 հազար դրամի չափով: Պաշտոնը ստանձելու օրվա՝ մայիսի 18–ի դրությամբ, նա հայտարարագրել է 200 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ եկամուտներ չի ունեցել:
Նշենք, որ Բագրատյանի կինը՝ Նաիրա Հակոբյանը, նույնպես պետական պաշտոն է զբաղեցնում. նա աշխատում է Գիտությունների Ազգային Ակադեմիայի Գիտահետազոտական միջազգային կենտրոնում:
