Նուրբ, հարթ մաշկ ունենալու համար պետք է զգուշանալ մաշկը չորացնող պատճառներից` հետևելով այս խորհուրդներին:

1. Շատ տաք ցնցուղները
Տաք ցնցուղը, հատկապես ձմռանը, կարող է հաճելի լինել, սակայն չորացնում է մաշկը, հատկապես, եթե սովորություն ունենք երկար լողանալու: Իջեցրեք ջրի ջերմաստիճանն ու կրճատեք ցնցուղի տակ գտնվելու ժամանակը. 5 րոպեն բավարար է առանց մաշկը չորացնելու մաքրվելու համար:

2. Լվացք անելու համար նախատեսված փոշիները և նյութերը

Ձեր սիրելի սվիտերը քո՞ր է առաջացնում: Պատճառը կարող են լվացող և փափկեղնող նյութերը լինել: Ընտրեք միջոցներ, որոնք ներկերից և բույրերից զերծ են: Փափուկ բնական հյուսվածքներից (բամբակ, մետաքս) կարված հագուստ կրեք՝ բրդից և պոլիէսթերից կարվածների փոխարեն:

3. Չորացնող օճառներ

Բոլոր օճառները նույնը չեն: Կոշտ օճառով լվացվելիս խաթարում եք մաշկի բնական խոնավության պատնեշը: Փորձեք մեղմ, առանց բուրմունքի օճառներ, որոնք մաքրելու հետ մեկտեղ նաև խոնավեցնում են:

4. ”Կոշտ սպունգը”

Կարծում եք մաշկը մաքրելու համար սկրաբի կարիք ունե՞ք: Մի կողմ նետեք այս հնացած միտքը ձեր կոշտ սպունգի հետ մեկտեղ: Փոխարենը լողանալիս մաշկը փափուկ լաթով մաքրեք: Սա կմաքրի մաշկը նույքան արդյունավետ, որքան կոպիտ սպունգը, սակայն առանց մաշկը կոշտացնելու:

5. Լոգանքից հետո խոնավությունը կորցնելը

Ցնցուղն ու լոգանքը խոնավեցնում են մաշկը, սակայն սրբիչով անմիջապես չորանալն անհետացնում է այդ ազդեցությունը: Սրբիչով մաշկը չորացրեք այնպես, որ այն մի փոքր խոնավ մնա և միանգամից խոնավեցնող քսուք օգտագործեք:
