Արդարադատության նախարարությունը իրավաբանական անձանց և անհատ ձեռներեցների համար ստեղծելու է էլեկտրոնային հարթակ, որը ավելի մատչելի է դարձնելու մի շարք գործառույթների ընթացակարգը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` հուլիսի 11-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:
«Ստեղծվելու է բիզնես ռեգիստր, որի միջոցով ցանկացած իրավաբանական անձ կամ անհատ ձեռներեց իր գործողությունների գերակշիռ մասը կարող է իրականացնել: Այս հարթակով նա կկարողանա լիցենզիաներ ստանալ , շարժական գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքներ գրանցել և այլն,ինչպես նաև այս հարթակով երևալու է տվյալ ընկերության սնանկության գործընթացը»,-ընդգծեց Քրմոյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` դյուրացվելու է նաև ապոստիլի բարդեցված համակարգը և փաստաթղթերի վրա դրվելու է էլեկտրոնային ապոստիլ:
ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալը նշեց նաև, որ Քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման ծառայություն բժշկական տեղեկանք ներկայացնելու կարիք չի լինելու:
«Քաղաքացին կարող է իր տվյալները լրացնել բուժհաստատությունում, իսկ սոցիալական նպաստը ստանալ էլեկտրոնային եղանակով»,- նշեց Քրմոյանը և հավելեց, որ հետագայում ՔԳԱԿ տարածքային մարմինները վերափոխվելու են որպես քաղաքացիների սպասարկման գրասենյակ:
