Բաքուն ուժային ճնշման միջոցով փորձում է իր օգտին փոխել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների դիրքորոշումը: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Politcom.ru կայքում հրապարակված «Թեժ հուլիս Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում» խորագրով վերլուծական հոդվածում այս մասին գրել է քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը:
«Ադրբեջանի քաղաքականությունն այդպիսին է: Նա կարծում է, թե պատերազմի ահազանգ առաջացնելով՝ Ռուսաստանին, ԱՄՆ-ին, Ֆրանսիային, ինչպես նաև Մինսկի խմբում գտնվող Իրանին դրդելու է այն մտքին, որ մեծ, արյունահեղ պատերազմը կանխելու, տարածաշրջանային կայունության համար պետք է Հայաստանի վրա ուժեղացնել ճնշումները: Այլ հարց է, թե որքանով են նման պատկերացումները համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Իրականում հակառակն է, ադրբեջանական վարկածն ապացուցող փաստարկներ չեն ներկայացվում, չնայած այն ակտիվորեն ներկայացվում է տեղեկատվական դաշտում և դա ոչ միայն ներքին լսարանի համար, այլև արտաքին»,-ասել է քաղաքագետը:
Երևանը փորձում է ընդգծել այն, որ ադբեջանական կողմն ընդունակ չէ համաձայնության եզրեր գտնել, դրանից բացի Ադրբեջանը հակված է ուժային մոտեցմանը՝ երկխոսության փոխարեն:
Ի՞նչ ձևով է հուլիսյան սրացումն արտահայտվում նախորդ բախումների համատեքստում, արդյո՞ք այն վկայում է ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունում նոր զարգացումների մասին, թե՞ հակառակը՝ ընդգծում է նախկին թրենդը: Քաղաքագետը ներկայացնում է ընթացիկ տարում արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում սրացումներն ու այդ ժամանակահատվածում քաղաքական հանդիպումները: Նա ընդգծում է` այն, ինչի մենք ականտես եղանք փետրվարին, մայիսին, հունիսին, կրկնվեց նաև հուլիսին:
«Տառացիորեն հաջորդ օրը, երբ ներկայացվեցին ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների՝ տարածաշրջան կատարած այցի արդյունքները, գրանցվեց նոր սրացում: Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, պետք է նկատել, որ բանակցային գործընթացի վրա խաչ չի քաշվում»,-ասել է Մարկեդոնովը:
Ըստ նրա՝ ղարաբաղյան թրենդը 2017 թվականի հուլիսին մնում է նույնը. այն էէ պահպանել բանակցության խաղաղ գործընթացը լայնածավալ պատերազմը կանխելու համար:
