  Արդարադատության նախարարությունը վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ կատարելագործել է հայցի ապահովման միջոցի կիրառման հետ կապված հարցերը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:

«Հայցի կիրառումը շատ հաճախ խոչընդոտում է տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների աշխատանքը. օրինակ՝ կալանքի տակ է վերցվում մի գույք, բայց անձը ցանկություն ունի, որպեսզի այլ գույքի նկատմամբ կալանք կիրառվի: Նոր բարեփոխումների շրջանակներում անձը կարող է արգելանք առաջարկել իր այլ գույքի նկատմամբ, ինչը չի խափանի տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտի աշխատանքը»,- ասաց Քրմոյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությանը  հասանելիություն է տրվելու այնպիսի էլեկտրոնային բազաներին, ինչպիսիք են` գույքային, կենսաթոշակային էլեկտրոնային բազաները:

«Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության համար հաճախ խնդիր է առաջանում կենսաթոշակների վրա արգելք դնելու մասով, իսկ մեծ ծավալի դեպքում արգելքի կիրառումը գրեթե անհնար է իրականացնել առանց էլեկտրոնային գործիքների: Այդ պատճառով հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունն ունենալու է հասանելիություն նաև այդ բազաներին»,- նշեց Քրմոյանը:

Ըստ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալի`  ԴԱՀԿ ոլորտում բարեփոխումներ են իրականացվելու  փորձաքննության կատարման ժամկետների հստակեցման, հարկադիր կատարողների  հայեցողական  լիազորությունների նվազեցման ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև նախատեսվում է ամբողջությամբ անցում կատարել փաստաթղթերի շրջանառության էլեկտրոնային եղանակի:
