Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների հանդիպումը շատ կարևոր է միջազգային հանրության դիրքորոշման հստակ հնչեցման տեսանկյունից։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը։ «Մենք միշտ արժևորել ենք ցանկացած նման հանդիպում։ Այս հանդիպումներից, իհարկե, դժվար է ակնկալել վերջնական, համապարփակ կարգավորում։ Այդ ամենը հնարավոր չէ՝ հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի ապակառուցողական, աննորմալ պահվածքը։ Այն, որ նմանատիպ հանդիպումները կարևոր են խաղաղության և կայունության պահպանման տեսանկյունից՝ միանշանակ է։ Բացի այդ, սա ոչ միայն երկու արտգործնախարարների հանդիպում է, այլև միջազգային հանրության դիրքորոշումն է հստակ հնչում այդ հանդիպումների ժամանակ։ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի մշտական անդամներից 3-ը ներգրավված են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության մեջ»,- նշեց Բաբայանը:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հուլիսի 11-ին Բրյուսելում՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների նախագահների նախաձեռնությամբ և ներկայությամբ հանդիպում կունենա Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ։
