Ավտոկայարանների գործունեությունը նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը շրջայց կատարեց Երևանի «Կենտրոնական» և «Հարավային» ավտոկայարաններով։ 

Նախարարի ուշադրության կենտրոնում էին չվացուցակներին, ուղևորափոխադրումների որակին, սպասասրահների հարմարավետությանն առնչվող խնդիրները, ինչպես նաև ուղևորափոխադրումների ոլորտի մի շարք այլ հարցեր։

«Կենտրոնական» ավտոկայարանի տնօրենն ու փոխտնօրենը նախարարին ներկայացրին աշխատանքային գործընթացը։ Նշեցին, որ տոմսերը վաճառվում են տոմսարկղերում, մեքենաներն էլ մեկնում են ըստ սահմանված ժամանակացույցի, առանց ժամային շեղումների։ Ուղևորները հաստատեցին, որ տոմսը գնել են, ճիշտ ժամին շարժվում են։ Չնայած առկա դրական տեղաշարժերին, տոմսերը դեռ ավանդական՝ տոմսարկղային եղանակով են վաճառվում, տոմսարկղերի մոտ հերթեր են գոյանում։ 

Ավտոկայարանի տնօրենը նշեց, որ այդ ուղղությամբ քայլեր են ձեռնարկում,  որպեսզի կարճ ժամանակահատվածում անցում կատարեն տոմսերի վաճառքի էլեկտրոնային համակարգին: 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից,Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը հետաքրքրվեց նաև ավտոկայարանում տեղակայված բուժկետի գործունեությամբ։  Նշվեց, որ մինչև երթուղի դուրս գալը վարորդները բուժզննում են անցնում։ Հաճախ նաև ուղևորներն են դիմում։

Նախարարի ուշադրությունը գրավեց նաև ավտոկայարանի տարածքում մեկնման համար նախատեսված հատվածներում կայանած մեքենաների, այդ թվում՝ տաքսիների առատությունը։ Տնօրենը պատճառաբանեց, որ ուղևորներին ճանապարհելու և դիմավորելու եկած մեքենաներ են։ 

Նախարարը հանձնարարեց այդ մեքենաների համար կայանման տարածք առանձնացնել և թույլ չտալ, որ կուտակումները խանգարեն կանոնավոր ուղևորափոխադրող տրանսպորտային միջոցների կայանելուն ու ելումուտին։ Իսկ տաքսիները կկանգառեն նախատեսված վայրերում։

Խնդրահարույց են նաև ավտոկայարանի շենքային պայմանները. տասնյակ տարիներ չվերանորոգված շենքի տանիքը կաթում է, սանհանգույցները  վատ վիճակում են: 

Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը հանձնարարեց կազմել նախահաշիվ, որպեսզի անհրաժեշտ գումարի առկայության դեպքում խնդիրներին աստիճանական  լուծում տրվի: 

«Հարավային» ավտոկայարանից ուղևորափոխադրումներ են կատարվում դեպի Հայաստանի հարավային բնակավայրեր՝ Մասիս, Արտաշատ, Արարատ, Դվին, Գորիս, Մեղրի և այլ ուղղություններով։

Ավտոկայարանում սպասասրահ չկա։ Այդ նպատակով սկսված շենքի շինարարությունն ընդհատվել է՝ շինարարի կողմից շինարարության նորմերի խախտումների պատճառով։

Մինչ խնդիրների կարգավորումը՝ մի փոքր տարածք է առանձնացվել, մի քանի նստարաններ են տեղադրվել։

Նախարարը հանձնարարեց կարճ ժամանակում ավտոկայարանի տարածքն առանձնացնել, բարեկարգել, լուծել սպասասրահի կառուցման խնդիրները, ուղևորների համար նորմալ պայմաններ ապահովել։ 

Ավտոկայարանների գործունեությունը գտնվում է նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանի ուշադրության կենտրոնում։ Տրանսպորտային երթուղիները  պետք է հասանելի և հարմարավետ լինեն Հայաստանի բոլոր բնակավայրերի բնակիչների համար։
