Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ Հայաստանի կողմից վարվող քաղաքականությունը հաջողություններ չի բերում, ինչը նշանակում է, որ դիվանագիտության մեջ ռազմավարական կամ մարտավարական փոփոխություններ են պետք: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց քաղաքական գործիչ Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ Հայաստանի դիվանագիտությունը ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ պետք է լինի ակտիվ ու «լավ իմաստով ագրեսիվ»: «Ագրեսիվ ասելով նկատի ունեմ, որ տարբեր մակարդակներում միաժամանակ պետք է ներկայացվի մեր դիրքորոշումը, թեզը, թե ինչ տեսլական ունենք, ինչպես ենք ուզում լուծել ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը: Բայց մենք չունենք թեզ, որը հասկանալի է միջազգային հանրությանը»,- նշեց Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը:

Վերջինս նշեց, թե հայկական կողմը մշտապես հայտարարել ու շարունակում է հայտարարել, որ կողմ է ԼՂ հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, բայց այդ թեզը վաղուց «լղոզվել է»: «Ադրբեջանը 20 տարիների ագրեսիվ քաղաքականությամբ աշխարհին տեղ է հասցրել, թե որն է իր պատկերացմամբ լուծումը: Նրանք հստակ ասում են, որ ԼՂ-ն երբեք չի լինի Ադրբեջանի տարածքից դուրս, որ ԼՂ շուրջ գրավյալ տարածքները պետք է վերադարձվեն, փախստականները գան, ապա հետո կորոշի Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը: Իսկ մենք մեր դիրքորոշումը հստակ չենք հայտնում, թե խաղաղ լուծման ո՞նց ենք ուզում հասնել: Մենք պետք է ուժեղացնենք մեր դիվանագիտական, քաղաքական հիմքերը»,- ընդգծեց Իգիթյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն արդեն ինքնորոշվել է և մեր ջանքերը պետք է ուղղվեն նրան, որ հաստատենք զինադադար, որ զենք չկիրառվի, որ հակառակորդը հաշտվի իրավիճակի հետ: «Բանակցություններ այս պայմաններում, երբ կողմերից մեկը զենք է կիրառում, հնարավոր չեն, ի՞նչ քննարկենք, բացի նրանից, որ չի կարելի կիրառել այդ զենքը, այլ բան չի մնում: Մենք պետք է շարունակենք այս ուղությամբ, որ զենք չկիրառվի, որ հաստատվի խաղաղություն՝ ինքնորոշված Ղարաբաղում»,- շեշտեց քաղաքական գործիչը:

Եթե Հայաստանը հստակ ձևակերպի ռազմավարություն, այն իրականացնելու մարտավարություն, ապա, ըստ նրա, Սփյուռքի համար ևս պարզ կլինի՝ ինչպես աշխատել, որ ուղությամբ աշխատել: Իսկ Ռուսաստանին, Իգիթյանի համոզմամբ, այլ մոտեցում պետք է ցուցաբերել, որովհետև ՌԴ-ում հայկական համայնքը ազդեցություն չունի:

«Կազանի, Մադրիդյան փաստաթղթերը, Վիեննայի պայմանավորվածությունները կատարվել են այլ իրավիճակում, այլ պայմաններում, քաղաքական այլ դրության ժամանակ: Այսօր իրավիճակն այլ է, փոխվել է, Ադրբեջանը հայտարարում է, թե Ղարաբաղն իր տարածքն է, այնտեղ կան ՀՀ Զինված ուժերը ու ինքը պայքարում է իր տարածքում առկա ուժերի դեմ: Ադրբեջանը խաչ է դրել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի հիմնարար բոլոր սկզբունքների վրա: Սա նշանակում է, որ պետք է առաջ բերվի նոր թեզ, հստակեցվի, որ Ադրբեջանն իրավունք չունի զենք կիրառել հարցը լուծելու համար»,- նշեց քաղաքական գործիչը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը պետք է իր անհամաձայնությունը հայտնի Ադրբեջանի վարվող քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ:
