Human Rights Watch-ը կոչ է արել հետաքննել «Սասնա ծռեր»-ի գործով դատին ծեծի լուրերը

Իշխանությունները պարտավոր են «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի գործով դատավարության ընթացքում ենթադրյալ ծեծի մասին օպերատիվ, մանրակրկիտ ու արդյունավետ հետաքննություն իրականացնել ու պատասխանատվության կանչել այն անձանց, ովքեր պատասխանատու են դաժան վարվեցողության համար։ Այս մասին ասվում է Human Rights Watch իրվապաշտպան կազմակերպության հայտարարության մեջ։
Հայտարարության մեջ նշված է, որ ամբաստանյալները հայտնել են կտրվածքների ու կապտուկների մասին, որոնք ստացել են ծեծի հետեւանքով, որը նրանց խոսքով, տեղի է ունեցել 2017-ի հունիսի 28-ին։
«Բանտարկյալների նկատմամբ դաժան վարվեցողությունը խստորեն արգելված է ցանկացած հանգամանքնեում՝ բարկությունը այն հանցագործությունների կապակցությամբ, որոնց համար նրանք մեղադրվում են, կամ էլ դատավարության ընթացքում լարվածությունը չի կարող արդարացնել մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ ֆիզիկական բռնությունը»,- հայտնել է Գրորգի Գոգիյան, Human Rights Watch-ի Հարավային Կովկասի մասով տնօրենը։
Նրա խոսքով, իշխանությունները հստակ պարտավորություն ունեն անհապաղ ու մանրակրկիտ հետաքննություն անցկացնել ու մեղավորներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկել։
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ հունիսի 29-ին դատական լսումների ժամանակ ոստիկանը արգելել է դատապարտյալներից մեկին՝ Արեգ Կյուրեղյանին գրություն փոխանցել իր փաստաբանին։ Կյուրեղյանն ու մյուս մեղադրյալները բողոքել են այդ միջամտության դեմ ու մեղադրյալներն ու սպաները սկսել են վիճել։ Հետո ոստիկանությունը Կյուրեղյանին ու երկու այլ դատապարտյալների՝ Մխիթար Ավետիսյանին ու Սմբատ Բարսեղյանին հեռացրել է դատարանի դահլիճից։ Կյուրեղյանի, Ավետիսյանի ու մյուս երկու մեղադրյալների՝ Արայիկ Խանդոյանի ու Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի փաստաբանները հայտնել են, որ դրանից հետո ոստիկանությունը չորս մեղադրյալներին ծեծել է դատարանի նկուղում։
Փաստաբանները նաեւ հայտնել են, որ քննչական մեկուսարաններում, որտեղ մեղադրյալները պահվում են դատավարության ընթացքում, պաշտոնատար անձիք հետազոտել են չորս տղամարդկանց այն բանից հետո, երբ նրանց վերադարձրել են դատարանից ու ամրագրել են վնասվածների փաստը։
Գոգիյան ողջունել է այն փաստը, որ իշխանությունները սկսել են հետաքննել միջադեպը։ «Բայց ճշմարտանման լինելու համար հետաքննությունը պետք է արդյունավետ լինի, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ այն պետք է լինի մանրակրկիտ, անկողմնապահ ու բացահայտի այն պաշտոնատար անձանց, ովքեր չարաշահում են իրենց դիրքը եւ նրանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկի»,- հայտնել է նա։
