: ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման ևզարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը հուլիսի 10-ին ընդունել է ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության հրավերով մեր երկրում գտնվող Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության «Կարմիր մահիկի» պատվիրակությանը: Հանդիպմանը ներկա են  եղել նաև ՀՀ –ում ԻԻՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան  Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սադջադին, ՀՀ ԱԻ  նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Կարապետյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից՝ հավելելով. «Ողջունելով հյուրերին, նախարար Լոքյանը  ընդգծել է «Կարմիր մահիկ» կազմակերպության դերը աշխարհում՝   մարդկանց օգնելու, փրկելու հարցում, և այս համատեքստում կարևորել է պատվիրակության այցը Հայաստան:

«Մենք, հարևաններ լինելով, զբաղեցնելով հասարակածային նույն գիծը, կարծում եմ,  շատ բնական աղետներ ունենք, որ նույնատիպ են երկուերկրների համար: Այդ տեսակետից համագործակցությունը մերարտակարգ իրավիճակների, տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացմաննախարարության հետ շատ կարևորում եմ: Մենք էլ  մեր երկրում արդենձևավորել ենք արտակարգ իրավիճակների շատ լավ համակարգ: Կարծումեմ, նաև սովորելու,  օժանդակությունների,  անհրաժեշտ փոխադարձտեղեկատվության փոխանակման խնդրներ կան, որ պետք է միասինանենք»,-ասել Դ. Լոքյանը:  

Դեսպան  Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սադջադին իր հերթին նույնպես կարևորել է «Կարմիր մահիկի» պատվիրակության հանդիպումը նախարար Լոքյանի հետ, նշել, որ համագործակցության մեջ հաջողելու գրավականը նաև Հայաստանի տարբեր, հատկապես սահմանային, մարզերի հետ ակտիվ աշխատանքն է:

«Կարմիր մահիկի» ընկերակցության փրկարարական ծառայության ղեկավար Մորթեզա Սելիմիի խոսքով էլ, հաշվի առնելով այն պաշտմամշակութային անցյալը, որ ունեն երկու երկրները, նաև  ձևավորված համագործակցությունը, որևէ  խնդիր չի լինելու  առավել զարգացնելու նաև արտակարգ իրավիճակներում համագործակցելու  կապերը: Նա գոհունակություն է հայտնել առ այն, որ կապեր են  հաստատվել Հայաստանում այն երեք կարևոր կառույցների՝ ԱԻՆ, ՏԿԶՆ և ԱՆ, որոնք ուղղակիորեն կապ ունեն տարբեր աղետների դեմ պայքարի հարցում:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել կարևոր նշանակության ճանապարհների վրա առաջին բուժօգնության կետերի տեղակայման մոդելի  ներդրման,   աղետների արձագանքման ոլորտում ՀՀ տարբեր մարզերում անդրսահմանային համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցերին:  Նախարար Լոքյանը հյուրերին տեղեկացրել է, որ  առաջիկայում Հայաստան-Իրան ամբողջ ճանապարհի հատվածում ձևավորվելու են  այն հիմնական կետերը, որտեղ կլինեն  բժշկական սպասարկում և շտապ օգնության ծառայություններ: «Դա ցույց կտրվի զբոսաշրջիկներին,  ուղևորին, այցելուին, իսկ համապատասխան ծառայություններն էլ  պատրաստ կլինեն այդ օժանդակությունը ցուցաբերել»,-ասել է նախարար Լոքյանը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին երկուստեք վստահություն է հնչել, որ նաև այս ոլորտում Հայաստան-Իրան համագործակցությունն արդյունավետ է լինելու»:
