Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը ոչ առարկայական է համարում ԱԺ-ում ընդդիմադիրների քննադատություններն ընտրությունների վերաբերյալ

 ՀՀ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը առարկայական չի համարում խորհրդարանում ՀՀ ԿԸՀ գործունեության մասին հաղորդման քննարկման ժամանակ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների հնչեցրած քննադատությունները: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն ընդգծեց, որ հաղորդման քննարկման ժամանակ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների ելույթներում հնչած քննադատությունները, գնահատականները վկայում են մեկ բանի մասին՝ 2017թ. կայացած ընտրություններն անցել են Ընտրական օրենսգրքի պահանջների պահպանմամբ: «Հակառակ դեպքում մենք կլսեինք առարկայական ելույթներ, ելույթներ, որոնցում կներկայացվեին կոնկրետ հանգամանքներ, փաստեր»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Մուկուչյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ հաղորդմամբ ինքը ներկայացրել է այն աշխատանքը, որն արվել է Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունները նախապատրաստելու և անցկացնելու հետ կապված: «Քննարկման ընթացքում, սակայն, տարբեր ընտրությունների հետ կապված դատողությունները մեկտեղվում են, որպեսզի ստեղծվի որոշակի ֆոնային տպավորություն»- շեշտեց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:

ԿԸՀ նախագահը պնդեց, որ բոլոր այն գործառույթները, որոնք պետք է հանձնաժողովը կատարեր, իրականացվել են սահմանված ժամկետներում : «Ես կարծում եմ, որ այդ աշխատանքները կատարվել են ողջ ծավալով, որ նախատեսում էր Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը»,- ընդգծեց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:

Մուկուչյանը նաև վստահություն հայտնեց, որ նոր Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, ընտրական համակարգում կատարված բարեփոխումները բարձրացրել են հանրության վստահությունը ընտրական գործընթացների նկատմամբ: ԿԸՀ նախագահը համաձայն չէ տեսակետի հետ, թե Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին քիչ թվով քաղաքացիների մասնակցությունը հակառակի մասին է վկայում: «Եթե հետընտրական ժամանակահատվածը անկեղծ, անկողմնակալ գնահատման արժանանա, ես կարծում եմ, որ հանրային ընկալումը, հանրային վստահության մակարդակն էականորեն փոխվել է»,- եզրափակեց ԿԸՀ նախագահը:
