Ադրբեջանը հրաժարվում է Վիեննայի և Պետերբուրգի համաձայնություններից և կրում սադրանքների հետևանքների պատասխանատվությունը. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

Քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանը չի կատարում 1994-1995թթ. զինադադարի եռակողմ համաձայնագրերով ստանձնած իր միջազգային պարտավորությունները, հրաժարվում է իրականացնել Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունները, հատկապես զինադադարի խախտումների հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ, որը կարող է նաև կանխարգելման մեխանիզմ հանդիսանալ, ապա հենց Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն է կրում իր սադրանքների հետևանքների համար ողջ պատասխանատվությունը: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը՝ Քիշնևում մասնակցեց Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրների արտգործնախարարների ոչ պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը հաջորդած ասուլիսում:
«Կրկին Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցիչները, չարաշահելով այս հարթակը, օրակարգի թեմայի՝ Արևելյան գործընկերության շրջանակներում համագործակցության մասին խոսելու փոխարեն հանդես են գալիս սադրիչ հայտարարություններով։ Անվտանգությունը մեր տարածաշրջանում շարունակում է վտանգված լինել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության համատեքստում Ադրբեջանից մշտապես հնչող ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքների պատճառով: 2016թ. ապրիլին Ադրբեջանը լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիա սանձազերծեց Արցախի դեմ, որն ուղեկցվեց միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտումներով, քաղաքացիական բնակչության, ներառյալ երեխաների, կանանց ու ծերերի նկատմամբ իրականացված վայրագություններով, զոհվածների մարմինների խոշտանգումներով, ԴԱԵՇ-ի ոճով գլխատումներով»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը:
Նա հայտարարել է, որ հուլիսի 4-ին Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը կրկին, տխրահռչակ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունների ոճով, ինչպես շատ անգամ դրանից առաջ, իր ժողովրդին որպես կենդանի վահան օգտագործեց` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ծանր հրետանիով, ներառյալ TR-107 համազարկային հրթիռային համակարգով ռմբակոծելու համար։ Ի պատասխան, ԼՂ պաշտպանական բանակը ստիպված էր ադրբեջանական կողմի ագրեսիվ գործողությունների դեմ ինքնապաշտպանության դիմել։
