Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է մեթոդ, որը թույլ է տալիս մաքրել թոքերը բավականին կարճ ժամանակահատվածում: Այս մեթոդի հեղինակները երաշխավորում են, որ օրգանիզմը նիկոտինից ու խեժից նման եղանակով կարելի է մաքրել ընդամենը 3 օրում:
Կարևոր է հիշել, որ այս տեխնիկայից օգտվելուց երկու օր առաջ չի կարելի օգտագործել կաթնամթերք: Բանն այն է, որ դրանք կարող են դանդաղեցնել կամ ընդհանրապես կասեցնել դետոքսիկացիայի պրոցեսը:
Դետոքսի առաջին օրվա նախօրեին քնելուց առաջ խմեք մեկ բաժակ բուսական թեյ:
Ահա, թե ինչ պետք է անեք
1. Քամեք երկու կիտրոնների հյութն ու ավելացրեք 300 մլ ջուր: Խառնուրդը խմեք առավոտյան՝ մինչ նախաճաշելը:
2. Օրվա ընթացքում խմեք 300 մլ անանասի կամ թուրինջի հյութ: Հարկավոր է խմել թարմ քամված հյութ: Եթե ձեզ դուր չի գալիս համը, ավելացրեք մի քիչ հանքային ջուր:
Այս երկու մրգերն էլ մաքրում են թոքերը:
3. Խմեք 300 մլ թարմ գազարի հյութ նախաճաշի ու ճաշի միջև ընկած հատվածում: Գազարը խթանում է դետոքսիկացիայի պրոցեսը:
4. Ճաշի ժամանակ խմեք 400 մլ հյութ, որը հարուստ է կալցիումով: Կալցիում պարունակվում է պոմիդորում, բազուկի մեջ ու մաղադանոսում: Եթե չեք ուզում խմել թարմ հյութը, ապա կերեք այս օրերին թուզ ու նուշ՝ մեծ քանակությամբ:
5. Եթե չեք կարողանում խմել հյութը, ապա կերեք այնքան բանջարեղեն, որը կպարունակվեր այդ 200 մլ հյութում:
6. Այդ օրերին 20 րոպե ժամանակ գտեք տաք վաննա ընդունելու համար: Երբ պառկած եք տաք ջրում, օրգանիզմը ջրի միջոցով արդյունավետորեն հանում է տոքսինները մարմնից:
7. Էվկալիպտի յուղը նույնպես կարելի է ներառել պարտադիր ծրագրում: Կաթսայով ջուր տաքացրեք (ուժեղ, բայց ոչ եռման), ավելացրեք 5-10 կաթիլ եթերային յուղ: Կռացրեք գլուխն ու ծածկեք սրբիչով, շնչեք մինչև ջրի սառչելը:
