Քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկվել են www.e-draft.am– ի հնարավորությունները
SOCIETYՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը հուլիսի 7-ին «Հոդված 3» ակումբում հանդիպել է քաղաքացիական հասարակության շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ ներկայացուցիչների և ներկայացրել նախարարության գործարկած իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքի՝ www.e-draft.am-ի հնարավորությունները: Սուրեն Քրմոյանը նշել է, որ էլեկտրոնային հարթակի գործիքակազմը հնարավորություն է տալիս քաղաքացիներին անմիջական մասնակիցը դառնալու օրինաստեղծ գործունեությանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Որպես առանձնահատկություն՝ նախարարի տեղակալն ընդգծել է, որ այս հարթակում տեղադրված իրավական ակտերի նախագծերը նվազագույնը 15 օր մնում են հանրային քննարկման և դրանց վերաբերյալ շահագրգիռ քաղաքացիների ներկայացրած առաջարկները որևէ կերպ ենթակա չեն խմբագրման կամ փոփոխման: Նախարարի տեղակալն ընդգծել է, որ ներկայում կատարվել են համապատասխան փոփոխություններ, համաձայն որոնց, որևէ նախարարության կողմից մշակված իրավական ակտի նախագիծ կարող է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից չընդունվել և հետ վերադարձվել՝ www.e-draft.am կայքում հանրային քննարկման ներկայացված չլինելու պատճառաբանությամբ:
Անդրադառնալով վիճակագրական ցուցանիշներին՝ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը փաստել է, որ կայքի հաճախելիության ցուցանիշներն ամսեամիս աճ են արձանագրել և հունիսի ամփոփ տվյալներով կայքն ունեցել է 13 հազար 556 այցելու, իսկ ամենաշատ իրավական ակտերի նախագծեր տեղադրելու հարցում առաջատարներ են ՀՀ ֆինանսների, ՀՀ բնապահպանության և ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունները:
Ամփոփելով խոսքը՝ նախարարի տեղակալը հորդորել է քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչներին գրանցվել www.e-draft.amկայքում, օգտվել էլեկտրոնային ժողովրդավարության ընձեռած այս գործիքակազմից և ակտիվորեն ներգրավվել հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այս կամ այն ոլորտային օրենսդրության մշակման գործընթացում:
