«Իգլա»-ի գործով կալանավորված Արմեն Պողոսյանի շահերի պաշտպան Վիկտորյա Կիրակոսյանը գտել է  նախաքննության ավարտին նախաքննական մարմնին որևէ միջնորդություն չի ներկայացրել: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պաշտպանը նշեց, որ դեռ շարունակում են ծանոթանալ գործի նյութերին, սակայն, արդեն հստակ որոշվել է, որ նախաքննության ավարտին որևէ  միջնորդություն չեն ներկայացնելու:

«Ես ու պաշտպանյալս նպատակահարմար չենք գտել միջնորդություն ներկայացնել: Այս պահին ծանոթանում ենք գործի նյութերին, երեւի մինչեւ ամսվա վերջ գործը դատարան կուղարկվի»,-ասաց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Իգլայի» գործով կալանավորվածներից Արմեն Պողոսյանին եւ Սանասար Գաբրիելյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքները նախաքննության ավարտին մեղմացվել էր: Նրանց առաջադրված մեղադրանքներից հանվել է  ՀՀ ՔՕ 235.1-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետը ՝ Ռազմամթերքի մաքսանենգություն,  նրանք այժմ մեղադրվում են միայն ՀՀ ՔՕ 235 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելը, կրելը կամ փոխադրելը, որոնք կատարվել են մի խումբ անձանց կողմից՝ նախնական համաձայնությամբ՝ այն պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից յոթ տարի ժամկետով՝ գույքի բռնագրավմամբ: Նույն մեղադրանքն է առաջադրվել գործով մյուս կալանավորվածներ Հրաչ Մայիլյանին, որի  նկատմամբ ի սկզբանե որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:

Իսկ Սամվել Բաբայանի մեղադրանքը  նախաքննության ավարատին մեղմացվեց, այնուհետեւ նրան նոր մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց՝  ՀՀ ՔՕ 190-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ փողերի լվացում, որը պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երեք հարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը չորս տարի ժամկետով եւ տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի առավելագույնը հիսնապատիկի չափով կամ առանց դրա: Այժմ նա մեղադրվում է երկու հոդվածով՝ ՀՀ ՔՕ 235 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով եւ ՀՀ ՔՕ 190-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
