20 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք վերցնելու համար 8 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված՝ Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Խաչատուր Խաչատրյանի պաշտպանը դժգոհ է Վերաքննիչի որոշումից:
NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում դատավորի պաշտպան Ռուբեն Հակոբյանը հայտնեց, որ դիմելու է Վճռաբեկ դատարան:
Նշենք, որ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը մերժել էր պաշտպանի բողոքը:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Խաչատուր Խաչատրյանը Սեյրան Կարապետյանի օգտին իր լիազորությունների շրջանակներում որոշակի գործողություններ կատարելու, ինչպես նաև իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով` վերջինիս օգտին գործողություններ կատարելուն նպաստելու համար նրանից պահանջել և 2014թ. դեկտեմբերի 25-ին` ժամը 18.30-ի սահմաններում Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի իր աշխատասենյակում անձամբ ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով 20 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք:
Առաջին ատյանը Խաչատրյանին մեղավոր է ճանաչել եւ դատապարտել 8 տարվա ազատազրկման:
