Հրաչյա Հարությունյանին ՌԴ-ից ՀՀ տեղափոխելու մասին որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտել

Ռուսաստանում 2013 թվականի հուլիսի 13-ին 18 մարդու կյանք խլած ավտովթարի համար 6,9 տարի ազատազրկման դատապարտված վարորդ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանն առաջիկայում կուղարկվի Հայաստան` պատիժը հայրենիքում կրելու համար: Այս մասին հայտնում է «Սպուտնիկ» գործակալությունը` վկայակոչելով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արդարադատության նախարարության հայտարարությունը:
«Տամբովի մարզի շրջանային դատարանի որոշումը դատապարտյալ Հ. Հարությունյանին Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան տեղափոխելու մասին ուժի մեջ է մտել 04.07.2017-ին: Վերոնշյալի մասին հայկական կողմը տեղեկացվել է»,-ասվում է ՌԴ գերատեսչության հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Նշվում է, որ երբ ՌԴ արդարադատության նախարարությունն ստանա դատարանի որոշման պատճենը, այն կուղարկվի հայաստանցի գործընկերներին:
Ինչպես մեկնաբանել են գերատեսչությունից, ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 391 հոդվածի համաձայն՝ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում բողոքարկման ժամկետի սպառվելուն պես:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հրաչյա Հարությունյանը Պոդոլսկի շրջանում ԿԱՄԱԶ մակնիշի մեքենայով բախվել էր մարդատար ավտոբուսին, ինչի հետևանքով 18 մարդ էր զոհվել: Նա մեղավոր է ճանաչվել ՌԴ Օրենսգրքի 264 (ճանապարհային երթևեկության և տրանսպորտային միջոցների շահագործման խախտման) և 327 (կեղծ փաստաթղթերի պատրաստում) հոդվածներով:
2015-ի փետրվարի 8-ին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը դիմել է ՌԴ իշխանություններին Հարությունյանին արտահանձնելու խնդրանքով:
