Միխայիլ Գորբաչովը բարձր է գնահատել Պուտինի և Թրամփի հանդիպումը

ԽՍՀՄ առաջին և միակ նախագահ Միխայիլ Գորբաչովն իր կարծիքն է հայտնել G20-ի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցած Պուտին-Թրամփ հանդիպման վերաբերյալ՝ մեծ նշանակություն տալով և բարձր գնահատելով այն: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին հաղորդում է «Ինտերֆաքսը»-ը՝ մեջբերելով Գորբաչովի խոսքերը:
«Միայն այն փաստը, որ այդ հանդիպումը տեղի է ունեցել, շատ բանի մասին է խոսում, հատկապես այն դեպքում, եթե կոնկրետ պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել: Բացի այդ, նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ հանդիպումից հետո Թրամփն իր դրական կարծիքն է հայտնել բանակցությունների արդյունքի վերաբերյալ, դա շատ լավ է: Նա դատարկ մարդ չէ. եթե նման կարծիք է հայտնում, ապա դա հրաշալի է»- «Ինտերֆաքսը»-ին տված հարցազրույցում նշել է Գորբաչովը:
Պուտինի և Թրամփի միջև առաջինը համարվող հանդիպումը տեղի էր ունեցել նախօրեին՝ Գերմանիայի Համուրգ քաղաքում անցկացվող G20 գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակներում: Առանձնազրույցը տևել էր շուրջ երկու ժամ: Իսկ հանդիպումից հետո ԱՄՆ նախագահն իր ռուս կոլեգայի հետ հանդիպումն փառահեղ էր անվանել:
