Երիտասարդության արտագաղթի առաջին պատճառը գործազրկությունն է․ Հայկազ Մակարյան

Երիտասարդության արտագաղթի առաջին պատճառը արդեն 40,2 տոկոսի հասած գործազրկությունն է, որը մոտ 2,5 անգամ բարձր է գործազրկության միջին մակարդակից։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 7-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց իրավաբան, գրող, հրապարակախոս Հայկազ Մակարյանը։

Նրա խոսքով, 2017 թվականին ՀՀ-ում ԱՄԿ (Աշխատանքի միջազգային կազմակերպություն) տվյալներով 15-24 տարեկան անաշխատանք են համարվում տղամարդկանց մոտավորապես 17,3 եւ աղջիկների 17,7 տոկոսը, որը խայտառակ ցուցանիշ է։

«Մոտավորապես  120-130 հազար եւ ավելի բանիմաց, պոտենցիալ այս կամ այն ոլորտի մասնագետ անձը հուսալքված է այս մթնոլորտից։ Պատճառը բռնարարական ոստիկանության կողմից ոչ հավուր պատշաճի կատարվելիք գործողություններն են, որ երիտասարդի մեջ հիասթափություն են առաջացնում, այդ թվում եւ իմ, որովհետեւ եթե երիտասարդը տեսնում է՝ ինչպես են ոստիկանները չէ, դրանք միլիցա են, վարվում իր հայրենակցի հետ, էս ճնշվածության, ապատիայի, իշխանության այս ուտիլիտարիստիկ  եւ ոչ արժանավայել ազդեցությունների տակ լքում է երկիրը»,- ասաց Մակարյանը:

Ըստ բանախոսի, պետք է երիտասարդական կազմակերպություններ բացվեն, երիտասարդական ծրագրեր իրականացվեն։ «Մեր սփյուռքահայ բարերարները պետք է ստեղծեն անկած փորձագետներեւի խումբ, որ չի կարող կապ ունենալ այստեղի իշխանական ապարատի հետ, որովհետեւ իշխանության ոչ մի ներկայացուցիչ, որ պետք է զբաղվի երիտասարդների հիմնահարցերով, չի անում դա։ Մենք ունենք Սպորտի եւ երիտասարդության նախարարություն, որի գործունեությունը, որպես այդպիսին, չտեսա»,- հավելեց Մակարյանը։
