Հուլիսի 1-ից ուժի մեջ են մտել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հանձնաժողովի կողմից հաստատված՝ բուսասանիտարական կարանտին հսկողության ենթակա ապրանքներին և օբյեկտներին ներկայացվող միասնական կարանտին բուսասանիտարական պահանջները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, այդ պահանջների համաձայն՝ կթույլատրվի առանց բուսասանիտարական հավաստագրի ուղեկցության Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային տարածք ներմուծել մինչև 5 կգ կարանտինային հսկողության ենթակա բարձր ռիսկայնության բուսասանիտարական արտադրանք, ինչպես նաև՝ առավելագույնը 3 ծաղկեփունջ:
Խոսքը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային սահմանով ձեռքի ծանրոցներում, նավերի, ինքնաթիռների, ուղևորական վագոնների, ավտոտրանսպորտային միջոցների ուղևորների, ինչպես նաև նշված փոխադրամիջոցների վարորդների և անձնակազմի անդամների՝ ուղեկցվող կամ չուղեկցվող ուղեբեռներում փոխադրվող ապրանքատեսակների մասին է:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային տարածք ներմուծվող և միության մաքսային տարածքով փոխադրվող ուղեբեռներում սերմերը և տնկանյութերը(ներառյալ սերմացու և արդյունաբերական կարտոֆիլը, սելեկցիոն և գիտահետազոտական նպատակների համար նյութերը) պետք է առանց քանակային սահմանափակման և ռիսկի աստիճանի ուղեկցվեն բուսասանիտարական հավաստանգրերով՝ տրված արտահանող երկրի և/կամ վերաարտահանող երկրի բուսասանիտարիայի ոլորտում լիազոր մարմնի կողմից:
Մաքսային միության կողմից սահմանված՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում բուսասանիտարական կարանտին հսկողության ենթակա արտադրանքի ցանկին` ըստ բարձր և ցածր ռիսկայնության, կարող եք ծանոթանալ այստեղ :
ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը սահմանային հսկողությունը կիրականացնի ելնելով այս պահանջներից, ուստի խնդրում է քաղաքացիներին հետևել սահմանված թույլատրելի չափաքանակներին:
