ԱԺ-ում Դատախազության 2016 թվականի գործունեության մասին հաշվետվության քննարկմանը «Ծառուկյան» դաշինք խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը Գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանից հետաքրքրվեց իր համակարգում առկա կոռուպցիոն վիճակից:

«Ձեր համակարգում կոռուպցիան նվազե՞լ է, թե ոչ. որպես պատգամավոր ստանում եմ բազմաթիվ նամակներ, որոնց մեծամասնությունը դատարաններում կոռուպցիոն երևույթներին է վերաբերում»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, թե երկրից գնում են ավելի շատ ոչ թե սոցիալական վիճակից դրդված, այլ դատարաններում «աննախադեպ կոռուպցիայի դրսևորումներից»:

Զոհրաբյանը նաև հարցրեց կալանքն անհարկի որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու պրակտիկայի մասին: Ըստ նրա՝ հենց դա է պատճառը, որ ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ-ի դեմ բողոքի շքերթներ կան:

Արթուր Դավթյանը հայտարարեց, թե Դատախազությունում կոռուպցիա չկա: «Դատախազության համակարգում կոռուպցիոն երևույթների ռիսկայնությունը զրոյացված է»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, թե վստահորեն է ասում, որովհետև առիթ ունեցել է նաև գործնականում դա ապացուցել:  

Միաժամանակ նշեց, թե ոչ ոք՝ այդ թվում նաև ինքը չի կարող երաշխավորել, որ 337 դատախազներից որևէ մեկի որևէ օր կներգրավեն նման գործի մեջ: «Բայց խոստանում եմ և խոստացել եմ նաև իմ գործընկերներին՝ եթե որևէ մեկի հետ նման հանգամանք բացահայտվի, օրենքի խստագույն պատասխանատվությանը նա կենթարկվի»,- ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է կալանքի պրակտիկային՝ դատախազն ասաց, որ իրենք կալանավորման խնդրին ինքնանպատակ չեն մոտենում: «Քննարկում ենք կալանքի հիմքերը և դա բացառապես պայմանավորվում է մեղադրանքի վճռով»,-ասաց նա:

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանն արձագանքեց. «Ձեր փոխարեն այդպես միանշանակ չէի հայտարարի, որ համակարգում կոռուպցիան զրոյացված է»:
