Հայաստանը մասնակցում է միջազգային «Մետաքսե ճանապարհի գաստրոնոմիկ ուղիները» ֆորում-փառատոնին

Հուլիսի 7-9ը Հայաստանը կմասնակցի «Մետաքսե ճանապարհի գաստրոնոմիկ ուղիները» միջազգային ֆորում-փառատոնին, որը տեղի կունենա Աստրախանում։  

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Հայաստանն ու հայկական խոհանոցը կներկայացնի գաստրո տուրիզմի փորձագետ, «Hartak Food» ուտեստների փառատոնի ղեկավար, ֆուդ-բլոգեր Աննա Մազմանյանը ՀՀ Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի աջակցությամբ։

Հայ շեֆ-խոհարար Կարո Կույումջանը կներկայացնի Salon Armenian ռեստորանի նշխարը՝ հիմնական ուտեստ Ուդոլի տոլման։ Իր հերթին խոհարար Արայիկ Ամզայանը գաստրոլներով հանդես կգա ֆորումում ներկայացված հինգ ռեստորաններից մեկում՝ նա կներկայացնի հայկական հեղինակային մենյու։

Իրանցի խոհարարը կներկայացնի երեք տեսակի նախուտեստ, Ինդոնեզիայի խոհարարը կներկայացնի ազգային ապուրի պատրաստման գործընթացը, Եկատերինբուրգի և Ուզբեկստանի խոհարարները կներկայացնեն անուշեղեն և աղանդներ։

«Մետաքսե ճանապարհի գաստրոնոմիկ ուղիները» ֆորում-փառատոնի հիմնական թեման կլինի ռեգիոնալ գաստրո-բրենդերի ստեղծումը, «Մետաքսե ճանապարհի» երկրների գաստրո-զբոսաշրջության զարգացման հեռանկարները, տեղական և գյուղական արտադրողների աջակցությունը։ 

Ֆորում-փառատոնի հյուրերին ու մասնակիցներին կհյուրընկալի Աստրախանի Park Inn հյուրանոցը՝ Աստրախանի շրջանի կառավարության, միջազգային էնոգաստրոնոմիայի ֆեդերալ գործակալության (Մոսկվա), ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Համաշխարհային զբոսաշրջության կազմակերպության աջակցությամբ։

Ֆորումի շրջանակներում կանցնեն թեմատիկ կլոր սեղաններ, արտադրողների կողմից ներկայացված սննդամթերքի և ըմպելիքների ցուցահանդեսներ, տարբեր երկրների զբոսաշրջային գործակալությունների շնորհանդեսներ։ «Մետաքսե ճանապարհի գաստրոնոմիկ ուղիները» ֆորում-փառատոնը հրաշալի հարթակ կդառնա տեղական սննդամթերք արտադրողների ու խոշոր առևտրի, հյուրանոցային ու ռեստորանային ցանցերի միջև գործարար հաղորդակցություն և կապեր ստեղծելու համար։  

Միջոցառման գագաթնակետը կդառնան երկու մեծ եզրափակիչ ճաշկերույթ. առաջինը  ամբողջությամբ նվիրված կլինի տեղական խոհանոցին, երկրորդի ճաշացանկը կպատրաստեն «Մետաքսե ճանապարհի» հայտնի խոհարարները։
