ՀՀ-ում տարեկան գնաճը 2016 թ. կազմել է -1.1 տոկոս

Ելնելով ձևավորված մակրոտնտեսական միջավայրից՝ 2016 թ. ՀՀ ԿԲ-ն իրականացրել է ընդլայնողական դրամավարկային քաղաքականություն, որը նպատակաուղղված է եղել առկա գնանկումային միջավայրի մեղմմանը: Ազգային ժողովում ԿԲ-ի 2016 թվականի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ծրագրի կատարման հաշվետվության քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը: «Կենտրոնական բանկի հետևողականությունը դրամավարկային պայմանների աստիճանական թուլացման հարցում տվել է դրական արդյունքներ, քանի որ պահպանվող ցածր գնաճի ներքո տարվա ընթացքում էականորեն նվազել են գնաճային սպասումները, դիտվել է ներքին պահանջարկի և գնաճի որոշ չափով վերականգնում, ինչպես նաև եկամուտների գնողունակության պահպանում և արտաքին մրցունակության վերականգնում»,- ընդգծեց Ջավադյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ 2016 թ. չորրորդ եռամսյակում պահպանվել են տնտեսության աճի դանդաղ տեմպերը՝ հիմնականում պայմանավորված գյուղատնտեսության և հանքարդյունաբերության ճյուղերում թողարկման ծավալների նվազմամբ, ինչից ելնելով, Կենտրոնական բանկը 2016 թ. տնտեսական աճը վերանայել է դեպի ներքև: «Այնուհանդերձ, 2017 թ. տնտեսական աճի կանխատեսումն էականորեն չի վերանայվել: «2016 թ. պահպանվող գնանկումային զարգացումները չորրորդ եռամսյակում որոշակիորեն մեղմվել են և տարեվերջին 12-ամսյա գնաճը կազմել է -1.1 տոկոս: «Պայմանավորված որոշ ոչ պարենային ապրանքների ակնկալվող ցածր գների ձևավորմամբ և այս տարվա փետրվարից էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի իջեցմամբ՝ գնաճի նպատակին հասնելու հետագիծը նախորդ կանխատեսման համեմատ կլինի փոքր-ինչ ավելի դանդաղ: Մինչև 2017 թ. վերջ գնանկումային միջավայրն աստիճանաբար կչեզոքանա, և կանխատեսվող հորիզոնում 12-ամսյա գնաճը կվերադառնա նպատակային ցուցանիշին»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահը:
Արթուր Ջավադյանը հայտնեց, որ 2016 թ. չորրորդ եռամսյակում արձանագրվել է 2.7 տոկոս գնաճ՝ նախորդ տարվա 1.9 տոկոսի համեմատ, ինչի արդյունքում էլ 12-ամսյա գնաճը կազմել է -1.1 տոկոս: Կենտրոնական բանկի կանխատեսումների համաձայն՝ 2017 թ. տնտեսական աճի տեմպերը կարագանան՝ հիմնականում պայմանավորված Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում ակնկալվող ներքին պահանջարկի աստիճանական վերականգմամբ, ներդրումների և արտահանման խթանմանն ուղղված կառավարության մի շարք ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրագործմամբ, արտաքին տնտեսական միջավայրի շարունակվող բարելավմամբ և կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումների իրականացմամբ: Արդյունքում՝ 2017 թ. ակնկալվում է 2.2-3.2 տնտեսական աճ:
