Մենք հազվադեպ ենք ներքնազգեստը քննարկում առողջության տեսանկյունից: Ներկայացնում ենք մի քանի հարց և պատասխան, որոնք օգտակար է իմանալ մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրի համար:
1. Արդյոք կարևո՞ր է՝ ինչ կտորից է պատրաստված ներքնազգեստը
Շատ: Առողջության համար դա շատ կարևոր է: Գործվածքը պետք է շնչի և խոնավություն ներծծի վարակների առաջացումը կանխելու համար: Առավել լավ է մաքուր և ոչ կիպ բամբակյա սպիտակեղենը:
2. Կարելի՞ է նույն ներքնազգեստը երկու օր շարունակ կրել
Սկզբունքորեն, առողջության տեսակետից դրանում վատ բան չկա:
Բայց կարևոր բացառություններ են, եթե մաշկի վրա գրգռվածություն ունեք, ցան կամ քերծվածքներ: Այս դեպքերում ավելի լավ է՝ ներքնազգեստը սովորականից հաճախ փոխել վարակից խուսափելու համար: Նույնը վերաբերում է առատ քրտնարտադրությամբ մարդկանց: Կանանց մշտապես թաց ներքնազգեստից կարող է կաթնասնկախտ առաջանալ:
3. Կարելի՞ է ընդհանրապես ներքնազգեստ չկրել
Բժիշկ Կաստելերը կարծում է, որ եթե ձեր սպորտային հագուստը կիպ կպչում է մարմնին և ներծծում է խոնավությունը, ներքնազգեստ հագնելը պարտադիր չէ: Եթե մաշկի հետ կապված խնդիրներ չունեք, կարող եք ձեզ մի քիչ ազատություն թույլ տալ:
4. Բոքսերնե՞ր, թե՞ լողավարտիքներ՝ ո՞րն է ավելի լավը
Ըստ փորձագետների՝ պտղաբերության պահպանման համար տղամարդիկ ավելի լավ է՝ խուսափեն կիպ վարտիքներից, քանի որ դրանցով ամորձիների համար շատ շոգ է լինում: Ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց տվեց, որ ջերմաստիճանը կարևոր դեր ունի սերմի ձևավորման հարցում:
5. Կարելի՞ է սպորտով զբաղվել սթրինգով
Եթե պարբերաբար բախվում եք հեշտոցային վարակների, ավելի լավ է՝ զգուշություն ցուցաբերել: Բացի դրանից՝ սթրինգով մարմնի բաց հատվածները կարող են դիպչել հագուստի մյուս պարագաներին, օրինակ՝ խոնավ լեգինսներին, ինչը նույնպես կարող է վարակի հանգեցնել: Դրա համար հատուկ սպորտային ներքնազգեստ հագեք:
