ՀՅԴ-ական մարզպետը գոլդ համարներով մեքենաներից նետվող աղբի լուսանկարներ կհրապարակի. «ՀԺ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Հուլիսի 29-ին նախատեսված է անցկացնել հերթական համապետական շաբաթօրյակը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը: Վերջինս դժգոհեց մարզում առկա վիճակից, ապա շաբաթօրյակի անցկացման համար հրավիրված ժողովի ժամանակ տեղեկացրեց, որ պետք է իրազեկման լայն աշխատանքներ սկսել՝ ընդգրկելով դպրոցականներին եւ լրատվամիջոցներին:
Շիրակի մարզում հաշվառվել է 337 աղբավայր՝ մոտ 36 հեկտար տարածքի վրա: Մարզում առկա 79 համայնքից աղբահանություն իրականացնում է 45-ում, սակայն ֆինանսական հատկացում աղբահանության համար իրականացնում է 59 համայնք: 79 համայնքի ընդհանուր ֆինանսական հատկացումներն կազմում է մոտ 289 միլիոն դրամ, մինչ այս պահը ծախսվել է 79 միլիոնը: Անհայտ է մնում, թե ի՞նչ է լինում այն 14 համայնքի կողմից սեփական բյուջեից աղբահեռացմանը հատկացված գումար, որոնք այդ աշխատանքը չեն իրականացնում:
«59 համայնքից 45 է միայն աղբահեռացում իրականացնում, իսկ 14 համայնքը, որոնք ֆինանս են հատկացնում, բայց չեն իրականացնում աղբահանություն, ինձ համար լրիվ սեւ խոռոչ է մնում: Խնդրում եմ այդ հարցը պարզել եւ զեկուցել»,- տեղակալին հանձնարարեց Խաչատրյանը:
Այնուհետ, համայնքապետերն աջ ու ձախ նետված աղբի համար մեղադրեցին բնակչությանը, պնդելով, թե վերջիններս չեն ցանկանում մի քանի քայլ առաջ գնալ եւ աղբը գցել աղբամանի մեջ: Մարզպետն առաջարկեց բնակչության հետ մշտական աշխատանքներ տանել:
«Չեմ հասկանում մարդիկ 100 մետր չեն ուզում քայլել, դրա համար են աղբը գցում գետնին: Ես իմ ձեռքով իմ տնից աղբը լցնում, տանում թափում եմ, ինչ է նշանակում, թե մարդը չի ուզում քայլել: Այնպես աշխատեք մարդկանց հետ, որ բանը հասնի նրան, որ աղբը գցեն աղբամանում»,- ասաց Արթուր Խաչատրյանը:
Վերջում ՀՅԴ-ական մարզպետը դիմելով Շիրակի փոխոստիկանապետին, խնդրեց ՃՈ աշխատակիցներին հանձնարարել լուսանկարել այն թանկարժեք եւ գոլդ համարներով մեքենաները, որոնց պատուհանից փողոց աղբ կնետվի: Արթուր Խաչատրյանը խոստացավ այդ լուսանկարները տրամադրել լրատվամիջոցներին:
«Պարոն գնդապետ, եթե նկարներն ունեք, խնդրեմ, նկարներն ուղարկեք մեզ, մենք տանք լրատվամիջոցներին, թող հրապարակեն որ 000 x 000 համարով մեքենան աղբ է թափում: Կարծում եմ՝ հրապարակումն անձնական ինֆորմացիայի խախտում չէ՞, չէ: Եթե չէ, լրատվամիջոցներին կտրամադրենք, ուղղակի խնդրանքս ա, եթե վիդեո ունեք, թող հեռուստացույցով ցույց տան, եթե ֆոտո ա, թող կայքերում դնեն»,- ասաց Արթուր Խաչատրյանը»:
