ՀՀ քաղաքացու վարորդական վկայականը վավեր է կոնվենցիայի անդամ բոլոր երկրներում

ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել հայկական վարորդական իրավունք ունեցող օտարերկրացների` իրենց երկրների տարածքներում տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու համար նախատեսված վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ` հայտնելով, որ այդ հարցը կարգավորվում է տվյալ երկրի օրենսդրությամբ:
Ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայության ԶԼՄ-ների հետ կապի բաժնի պետք Էգդար Ջանոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում մասնավորապես գրել է. «1968 թվականի նոյեմբերի 8-ին Վիեննա քաղաքում ստորագրված «Ճանապարհային երթևեկության մասին» կոնվենցիայով և դրա հետագա փոփոխություններով ու լրացումներով վարորդական վկայականներին ներկայացվող պահանջներին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջազգային պայմանագրերի պահանջներին համապատասխանող ՀՀ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից հատկացված ազգային և միջազգային վարորդական վկայականները վավեր են կոնվենցիայի անդամ բոլոր երկրներում, և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների համար միջազգային ավտոմոբիլային երթևեկությանը մասնակցելու նպատակով ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չեն ներկայացնում:
Վրաստանի, ինչպես նաև ցանկացած այլ պետության քաղաքացիների կողմից այլ երկրի վարորդական վկայականով տվյալ երկրի տարածքում տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու համար նախատեսված վարչական պատասխանատվության հարցը կարգավորվում է տվյալ երկրի օրենսդրությամբ»: Հուլիսի 5-ին Վրաստանում Ներքին գործերի նախարարության աշխատակիցները տուգանել էին Վրաստանի քաղաքացի, սակայն հայկական վարորդական իրավունք ունեցող մոտ 20 վարորդի 500 լարիի չափով (100 հզր դրամ):
