Դատարանում ճշտվեց ՊՊԾ-ն գրաված անձանցից 18-ի ինքնությունը. նիստը հետաձգվեց

Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում շարունակվում է  «ՊՊԾ գունդը գրաված անձանցից» 18-ի՝ Արամ Մանուկյանի, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի, Թաթուլ Թամրազյանի, Արամ Հակոբյանի, Արթուր Մելքոնյանի, Տիգրան Սարգսյանի, Տիգրան Մանուկյանի, Արայիկ Հակոբյանի, Արթուր Սողոմոնյանի, Գառնիկ Հովակիմյանի, Հովհաննես Վարդանյանի,Վարդան Գերավետյանի, Մարտիրոս Հակոբյանի, Սերգեյ Կյուրեղյանի, Գևորկ Իրիցյանի, Թորոս Թորոսյանի, Մանվել Աթոյանի, Վարդգես Գևորգյանի քրեական գործի քննությունը՝ նախագահող դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի նախագահությամբ։

Դատարանը գնացել էր խորհրդակցական սենյակ փաստաբաններ Լուսինե Սահակյանի և Երվանդ Վարոսյանի վարքը քննելու համար, որովհետև փաստաբանները հրաժարվեցին առանց իրենց պաշտպանյալների ներկա գտնվել դատական նիստին: Փաստաբանները բացարկի միջնորդություն ներկայացրին դատավորին և լքեցին նիստերի դահլիճը:

Խորհրդակացական սենյակից վերադառնալուց հետո դատարանը բացարկի միջնորդությունը մերժեց և դատական սանկցիա կիրառեց փաստաբանների նկատմամբ՝ համապատասխան դիմումով դիմելով  Փաստաբանական պալատ նրանց կարգապահական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար:

Նշենք, որ ՊՊԾ գունդը գրաված անձինք հեռացվել էին նիստերի դահլիճից վեց ժամով՝ դատարանի նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելու համար:

Այսօր, նրանք բերվեցին նիստերի դահլիճ, ճշտվեց նրանք ինքնությունը և սկսվեց պաշտպաններ ներգրավվելու գործողությունը: Այնուհետև, ամբաստանյալները հեռացվեցին նիստերի դահլիճից:

Դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց և նշանակվեց հուլիսի 13-ին:
