Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչին է ներկայացրել ԼՂ շփման գծում ստեղծված իրավիճակը

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբադյանը հուլիսի 6-ին ընդունեց Հարավային Կովկասի և Վրաստանի ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Հերբերտ Զալբերին։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչին մանրամասն ներկայացրեց հուլիսի 4-ին Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի միջև շփման գծում Բաքվի կողմից զինադադարի կոպտագույն խախտումների հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակը։
Արտգործնախարարը ևս մեկ անգամ կարևորեց Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովներին ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունների անվերապահ իրականացումը, որոնք ուղղված էին 2016թ. ապրիլին՝ միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտումներով ու քաղաքացիական բնակչության թիրախավորմամբ ուղեկցված ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետևանքների հաղթահարմանը և բանակցային գործընթացի առաջ մղման համար համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծմանը։
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի խոսքով՝ Բաքուն, խոչընդոտելով բարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացմանը և հակառակ համանախագահ երկրների և միջազգային հանրության հորդորների և կոչերի, շարունակում է խորացնել թշնամական և այլատյացության քարոզչությունը, միտումնավոր սադրանքներ կազմակերպել, ինչի հետևանքով միայն անցյալ ամսվա ընթացքում Արցախի բանակի չորս զինծառայողներ զոհվեցին։
ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչը, խորը մտահոգություն հայտնելով իրավիճակի սրման կապակցությամբ, ընդգծեց, որ ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորումը Եվրոպական միության սկզբունքային դիրքոշումն է և ԵՄ-ն անվերապահորեն սատարում է այս նպատակով եռանագահ երկրների կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերը։ Դեսպան Զալբերը կարևորեց Վիեննայի ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթաժողովների պայմանավորվածությունների կատարումը։
Հերբերտ Զալբերը տեղեկացրեց, որ ավարտվում է ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնում իր առաքելությունը՝ ընդգծելով, որ շարունակելու է ուշադրությամբ հետևել Հարավային Կովկասում զարգացումներին։ Նախարար Նալբանդյանը բարձր գնահատեց ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնում դեսպան Զալբերի գործունեությունը և հաջողություն մաղթեց նրան իր հատագա աշխատանքում։
