 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Երևանի Թումանյան փողոցում գործող սուպերմարկետներից մեկի աշխատակցուհու նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակային հարձակումը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017թ.  հունիսի 30-ին՝ ժամը 04:15-ի սահմաններում, դանակով զինված տղամարդը մուտք է գործել սուպերմարկետ ու գանձապահի կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով դրամարկղից  հափշտակել խոշոր չափի կանխիկ գումար՝ 600 հազար դրամ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ և 4-րդ կետերի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ում հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու համար հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության ստորաբաժանումներին։

Ոստիկանությունից ստացված գրության համաձայն՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը հատել է ՀՀ պետական սահմանը: Քննիչի որոշմամբ նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։ 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
