«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» հիմնադրեց կուսակցություն, որը կմասնակցի նախագահական ընտրություններին

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» միավորումն այսօր՝ մայիսի 30-ին, հայտարարեց կուսակցություն հիմնադրելու մասին։ Այս մասին  «Քաղաքացիական համաձայնագրի» հիմնադիր համագումարին ասաց  կառավարման խորհրդի անդամ, ԱԺ ՀԱԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Մենք ոչ թե միանգամից ասում ենք, որ գնում ենք իշխանափոխության, նախ ցանկանում ենք խորապես հասկանալ, թե ինչու են մինչեւ հիմա ձախողվել իշխանափոխության բոլոր փորձերը։ Դա հասկանալուց հետո ենք մենք գնալու դեպի իշխանափոխություն։ Երկրում փոփոխություններ անելու համար նախ եւ առաջ պետք է ինստիտուցիոնալ ընդդիմություն ստեղծել։ Հենց սա էլ մենք անելու ենք»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ կուսակցությունը պատրաստվում է մասնակցել պետական իշխանության, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին։

«Ընտրություններին մենք ստանալու ենք քվեների մեծամասնությունը եւ դառնալու երկրի նախագահը ոչ թե աթոռի համար, այլ երկրում էական փոփոխություններ կատարելու, առաջիկա քսան տարիներին բնակչության թիվը կրկնակի մեծացնելու, տնտեսական աճ ապահովելու համար»,- իր ելույթում ասաց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը։

Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ իրենց ռազմավարական ծրագրի իրականացումը պահանջում է աննախադեպ համախմբում։ Հետեւաբար, պատգամավորը ամբողջ հայությանը հորդորեց միանալ իրենց եւ միասին պայքարել։

«Մեր կառույցում անձնակենտրոն որոշումներ չեն կայացվում։ Այստեղ ամենակարեւոր առանձնահատկություններից է սուպերլիդերության գործոնի բացառումը, պետք է կառավարվի կոլեգիալ սկզբունքով»,- հավելեց նա։
