Արցախի խորհրդարանականներն աշխատանքային այցով Լիտվայում են

Աշխատանքային այցով հուլիսի 4-7-ը Լիտվայի Հանրապետության մայրաքաղաք Վիլնյուսում են գտնվում Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ Դավիթ Մելքումյանը և Արցախի Հանրապետություն-Լիտվայի Հանրապետություն բարեկամական խմբի անդամ, պատգամավոր Լյուդմիլա Բարսեղյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Այցի ընթացքում  խորհրդարանականները մասնակցել են Վիլնյուսի «Վարտեյ» պատկերասրահում տեղի ունեցած «Արցախ. հին երկրի երիտասարդ պետությունը» խորագրով ցուցահանդեսի բացման արարողությանը, որը կազմակերպվել է «Բալթյան հայերի միության» կողմից։

Ցուցահանդեսին ներկայացվել են Արցախի պատմամշակութային հուշարձանները, ինչպես նաև կենցաղն արտացոլող շուրջ երեք տասնյակ լուսանկարներ։

Խոսելով նախաձեռնության մասին՝ Լիտվայում ՀՀ դեսպան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը կարևորել է այն՝ ընդգծելով Լիտվայի հասարակությանը՝ Արցախի հարուստ մշակույթին, հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքին, տնտեսության զարգացմանը, պետականաշինության գործընթացին ծանոթացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Արցախի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր  Դավիթ Մելքումյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով միջոցառման կազմակերպիչներին, կոչ է արել այցելել Արցախ՝ ստանալու հուզող հարցերի պատասխանները և հավելել, որ Արցախի՝ ազատության համար պայքարը մի ողջ ազգի պայքար է։

Այնուհետև Լիտվայի Սեյմի պատգամավոր, Հայաստան-Լիտվա բարեկամության խմբի նախագահ Պովիլաս Ուրբշիսը հայտարարել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի/Արցախի Հանրապետության հետ բարեկամության շրջանակի ձևավորման մասին՝ ընթերցելով լիտվացի 10 քաղաքական ու հասարակական գործիչների կողմից ստորագրված հռչակագիրը։

Արցախի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Լյուդմիլա Բարսեղյանը, երախտագիտություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, նշել է. «Բարձր ենք գնահատում ձեր նախաձեռնությունը, որն ուղղված է բարեկամական հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացմանը, նաև պատրաստակամություն ենք հայտնում համագործակցելու փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում»։

Լիտվայի Հանրապետության Սեյմասում դեռևս 2013թ. փետրվարի 26-ին ստեղծվել էր Արցախի Հանրապետության հետ բարեկամական խումբ, որը գործել է մինչև այդ գումարման խորհրդարանի լիազորությունների ավարտը:  2016թ. հոկտեմբերին տեղի ունեցած ընտրություններից հետո անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել վերակազմավորելու նախկին բարեկամական խումբը: 2017թ. մայիսի 10-ին մեկնարկել է այդ նախաձեռնությունը այս անգամ արդեն բարեկամության շրջանակի ձևաչափով, ինչի մասին հայտարարվել է հուլիսի 4-ին տեղի ունեցած ցուցահանդեսի ժամանակ:

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են Լիտվայի Հանարպետության հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչներ, հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչներ և Լիտվայում ՀՀ դեսպանության անձնակազմը։
