Կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի 2017 թվականի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ծրագրին, որի մակրոտնտեսական միջավայրի զարգացումների գնահատականները, ընդհանուր առմամբ, համահունչ են կառավարության մակրոտնտեսական ծրագրերով նախատեսվող ուղղություններին: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստում նշեց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը:

Ծրագրով գնահատվում է, որ իրականացված դրամավարկային քաղաքականությունը բավարար խթաններ է ստեղծել 2017թ. գնանկումային միջավայրի չեզոքացման և կանխատեսվող հորիզոնում գնաճի նպատակի իրագործման համար: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ծրագրում կանխատեսված ցուցանիշից շեղման ռիսկերը թե´ կարճաժամկետ, թե´ միջնաժամկետ հատվածներում գնահատվում են նվազման ուղղությամբ, որոնց դրսևորման պարագայում, համաձայն ծրագրի, ԿԲ-ն համարժեքորեն կարձագանքի` միջնաժամկետ հատվածում ապահովելով գնաճի նպատակային մակարդակը:

«Անհրաժեշտ ենք համարում նշել,  որ կառավարությունը, կարևորելով մակրոտնտեսական արդյունավետ քաղաքականության իրականացումը, հարկաբյուջետային կարճաժամկետ և միջնաժամկետ ծրագրերում նպատակադրում է ՀՀ ԿԲ-ի կողմից ընդունված գնաճի երկարաժամկետ կայուն՝ 4±1.5 տոկոս ցուցանիշը, որը երկարաժամկետ հատվածում կկայունացնի նաև գնաճային սպասումները: Մեր եզրակացությամբ, ԿԲ-ն ապագայում պետք է ջանքեր գործադրի, որպեսզի գնաճը վերադառնա իր թիրախային կետին, ԿԲ-ի կանխատեսմամբ՝ այս տարեվերջին կլինենք ներքին սահմանագծի թիրախին: Ծրագրով պետք է պահպանվի ճկուն փոխարժեքի ռեժիմը, քիչ միջամտություն իրականացվի այդ ուղղությամբ, ջանքեր գործադրվի կապիտալի շուկայի, ապադոլարացման քաղաքականության ուղղությամբ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Արամյանը:  

Միաժամանակ, նախարարն ասաց, որ կառավարությունն ավելի բարձր տնտեսական աճի տեմպեր է նախատեսում, քան ԿԲ-ն: Վերջինս կանխատեսում է միջինը 3,2-4,5 տոկոս աճ, իսկ միջնաժամկետ ծախսային ծրագրով կառավարությունն ակնկալում է 4,7-5,6 տոկոս աճ:
