Թրամփ-Պուտին հանդիպման արդյունքները կարող են ազդել Հայաստանի վրա

Թրամփ-Պուտին հանդիպման արդյունքները կարող են ազդել Հայաստանի վրա, հաղորդում է «Ամերիկայի ձայնը»:
Դոնալդ Թրամփի եւ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի առաջին հանդիպմանը քննարկվելու են մոլորակի առավել թեժ խնդիրները՝ Սիրիա, Ուկրաինա եւ Հյուսիսային Կորեա: Այդուհանդերձ, հանդիպման արդյունքները ուղղակիորեն կանդրադառնան Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների վրա, համոզված են ամերիկյան վերլուծաբանները:
Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի եւ Ռուսաստանի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Պուտինի առաջիկա հանդիպման ընթացքում Հայաստանի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կամ Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերը հավանաբար չեն քննարկվելու: Այդ հանդիպման արդյունքները սակայն ուղղակի ազդեցություն կունենան տարածաշրջանի վրա, «Ամերիկայի Ձայն»-ին պատմել է ամերիկյան վերլուծաբան Սթիվեն Բլանքը. «Չեմ կարծում, որ Հարավային Կովկասի հարցը հանդիպման ընթացքում ընդհանրապես արծարծվի, ինչը ցավալի է, քանի որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը չափազանց վտանգավոր վիճակում է»:
Վերլուծաբանի կարծիքով, այս առաջին հանդիպման ընթացքում Թրամփի ու Պուտինի ուշադրության կենտրոնում են լինելու Սիրիան, Ուկրաինան եւ Հյուսիսային Կորեան: Բլանքի կարծիքով սակայն, լուրջ առաջընթաց ակնկալել պետք չէ, քանի որ խնդիրներից յուրաքանչյուրը խարսխված է հակասությունների լուրջ բեռի վրա.
«Չեմ կարծում, որ կողմերից որեւէ մեկն այս հանդիպման ընթացքում զգալի արդյունք կարձանագրի»:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ, Դոնալդ Թրամփի եւ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպման բացասական ավարտը կարող է անտեղի ավելացնել ճնշումը Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների նկատմամբ, ընդգծում է Սթիվեն Բլանքը:
Մեկ այլ վերլուծաբան, ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպան Սթիվեն Սեստանովիչն ակնկալում է, որ հանրությունն ուշադրություն կդարձնի ոչ միայն հանդիպման բովանդակային կողմին, այլեւ՝ առաջնորդների շարժումներին. «Երկուսն էլ՝ ե՛ւ Թրամփը ե՛ւ Պուտինը «ժեստերի լեզվի» սիրահար են եւ հանդիպումը կարող է դիտարկվել նաեւ այդ հարթության մեջ. Որքան սառն էր հայացքը, որքան մեծ ձանձրույթ կամ ընդհակառակը՝ ջերմություն է փորձում փոխանցել առաջնորդն իր ժեստերով»:
Սեստանովիչի խոսքով, նման սպասումների պատճառով Թրամփի եւ Պուտինի հանդիպման արդյունքները կարող են դիտարկվել ոչ թե բովանդակային պայմանավորվածություններով, այլ՝ հպանցիկ ժեստով կամ արտահայտությամբ: Մինչդեռ, իրականում, հանդիպման հիմնական ակնկալիքը, ըստ դեսպանի, պետք է լինի մեկը. «Հիմնական հարցն այն է, թե արդյոք Թրամփին եւ Պուտինին կհաջողվի՞ անձամբ սահմանել ռուս-ամերիկյան հարաբերությունները, թե՞ այդ հարաբերություններն ուղղակի սահմանվելու են անդեմ բյուրոկրատական հաստատությունների միջոցով»:
