ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ուղերձ է հղել ՀՀ Սահմանադրության օրվա առթիվ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում տեղադրած ուղերձում ՀՀ վարչապետը նշել է.
Սիրելի´ հայրենակիցներ,
22 տարի առաջ այս օրն ընդունվեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությունը: Այդ փաստաթուղթը ոչ միայն խորհրդանշում էր մեր նոր պետականությունը, այլև ամուր հիմքեր սահմանում Հայաստանի կառուցման և սահմանադրականության ձևավորման ու զարգացման համար: Սահմանադրության դերն անգնահատելի է մեր երկրի՝ որպես ժողովրդավարական, իրավական և սոցիալական պետության կայացման հարցում։
Այսօր՝ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների իրացման ճանապարհին, մենք բոլորս մեծ անելիքներ ունենք: Վստահ եմ, որ պետք է առաջնորդվենք այն գաղափարով, որ Սահմանադրության գերակայության ապահովումն ու լիարժեք կիրառումը կախված է ինչպես իշխանությունից, այնպես էլ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացուց: Բոլորս պետք է պատասխանատվության զգացում ունենանք մեր երկրի ապագայի նկատմամբ ու ամեն օր աշխատենք այդ ապագան ավելի լավը դարձնելու համար:
Այս առիթով շնորհավորում եմ մեզ բոլորիս և ցանկանում վստահեցնել Սահմանադրության եւ իրավունքի գերակայության ապահովման մեր վճռականության մասին:
