Ադրբեջանն իր հասարակության մոտ բարձրացնում է հայատյացության մակարդակը. Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը՝ մահացած երեխայի լուսանկարի մասին

Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանն ադրբեջանական կողմի վարքագիծը՝ մահացած երեխայի լուսանկարների տիրաժավորման ու շահարկման հետ կապված, համարում է էթիկայի նորմերի կոպիտ խախտում: Քաղաքագետն այս մասին հայտարարել է՝ պատասխանելով «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին:
-Պարոն Մելիք-Շահնազարյան, ինչպես եք գնահատում Ադրբեջանի գործելաոճը, երբ սադրանքներ հրահրելով ու սեփական խաղաղ բնակչությանը կենդանի վահան դարձնելով իրավիճակի լարումից հետո տարածում է մահացած երեխայի լուսանկարն ու խեղաթյուրում իրականությունը:
-Անցած ապրիլին ադրբեջանական հրետակոծության հետևանքով հայ երեխա զոհվեց, սակայն արցախյան կողմը չմտածեց անգամ հրապարակել որևէ լուսանկար: Հուլիսի 4-ի միջադեպի հետևանքով մահացած ադրբեջանցի երեխայի լուսանկարների տիրաժավորումն ակնհայտորեն խոսում է մեկ բանի մասին. Ադրբեջանում ոչ միայն չեն հարգում էթիկայի նորմերը, այլև միանգամայն գիտակցված ձևով բարձրացնում են իրենց հասարակության մեջ առանց այդ էլ բարձր հայատյացության աստիճանը: Եվ իհարկե, շատ կարևոր է, որ միջազգային հանրության համար զգալի լինի երկու հասարակությունների աշխարհընկալման տարբերությունը: 2016-ի ապրիլին Ադրբեջանում մեծարում էին զինվորական համազգեստով մարդու գլուխ կտրած ելուզակներին: Իսկ արցախյան կողմը ցավ և ափսոսանք է հայտնում ադրբեջանցի երեխայի մահվան կապակցությամբ, չնայած դրա պատճառը հակառակորդ կողմի զինվորականությունն է:
Հուլիսի 4-ին Արցախի և Ադրբեջանի հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծի տարբեր հատվածներում հակառակորդը շարունակել է խախտել հրադադարի պահպանման ռեժիմը: Մասնավորապես, ժամը 11:30-11:35 սահմաններում արևելյան ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանական կողմը կիրառել է 82 միլիմետրանոց ականանետ (4 արկ), նույն հատվածում ժամը 12:45-12:55-ի սահմաններում՝ հաստոցավոր հակատանկային նռնականետ (3 արկ), հարավային ուղղությամբ՝ ժամը 13:35-ին 60 միլիմետրանոց ականանետ (3 արկ), 19:10-ին՝ 60 միլիմետրանոց ականանետ (2 արկ), իսկ 20:20-20:30-ի սահմաններում Ալխանլու գյուղում տեղակայված ռազմակայանից ադրբեջանական զինուժը ՏՌ-107 տիպի համազարկային հրթիռային կայանքներից (5 արկ) կրակ է բացել հարավային ուղղությամբ գործող զորամասերից մեկի հրամանատարական կետի ուղղությամբ՝ 20:48-ին կիրառելով նաև 82 միլիմետրանոց ականանետ (3 արկ): Հակառակորդի նախահարձակ ակտիվությունը ճնշելու համար ՊԲ առաջապահ զորամասերը ժամը 20:31-20:40-ի սահմաններում ստիպված են եղել ձեռնարկել պատասխան գործողություններ, ինչի արդյունքում վնաս է հասցվել Ալխանլու գյուղում տեղակայված կրակակետին: ՊԲ համապատասխան ծառայությունների կողմից տրամադրված հավաստի տվյալներով, հակառակորդն ունի կորուստներ: Ադրբեջանական սադրիչ գործողությունների արդյունքում ՊԲ-ն կորուստներ չի ունեցել:
Ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտարարել է քաղաքացիական անձանց շրջանում երկու զոհի և մեկ վիրավորի մասին:
