Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն է կրում բոլոր զոհերի համար պատասխանատվությունը. ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն է կրում այդ սադրանքների արդյունքում բոլոր զոհերի համար պատասխանատվությունը` անկախ նրանց ազգային պատկանելիությունից։ Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանը՝ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության Օրակարգ ծրագրի խնդրանքով գնահատական կարելի է տալ Ադրբեջանի` իրադրության սրմանն ուղղված վերջին գործողություններին:
« Սա Բաքվի` հարեւան ժողովրդի հանդեպ ատելության եւ սեփական ժողովրդի արյան վրա հիմնված ժառանգական ռեժիմի հերթական հանցագործությունն է: Ակնհայտ է, որ Ադրբեջանի հետաքննության մեխանիզմի ներդրումից հրաժարվելն ուղղված է իր իսկ կողմից շարունակական սադրանքների կազմակերպման մեղքը հայկական կողմերի վրա բարդելու ձգտմանը:
Քանի դեռ Ադրբեջանը չի կատարում 1994-1995թթ. ռազմական գործողությունների եւ կրակի դադարեցման եռակողմ` Ադրբեջան, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, Հայաստան, համաձայագրերով իր միջազգային պարտավորությունները, հրաժարվում է Վիեննայի եւ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի` կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմի ամրապնդմանն ուղղված համաձայնությունների կատարումից եւ շարունակում է զինված սադրանքներ նախաձեռնել Արցախի եւ Հայաստանի դեմ, ապա հենց Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունն է կրում այդ սադրանքների արդյունքում բոլոր զոհերի համար պատասխանատվությունը` անկախ նրանց ազգային պատկանելիությունից»,- նշել է նա:
Մեկնաբանելով իրադրության առնչությամբ Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարարության արձագանքը՝ Քոչարյանն ասել է. «Անցած տարվա ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի կողմից նախաձեռնված ագրեսիայի ժամանակ Թուրքիան ոչ միայն չի դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչության թիրախավորումը, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների սպանությունը, տարեց մարդկանց բարբարոսաբար անդամահատումը, գերի ընկած հայ զինվորների` ԴԱԵՇ-ի ոճով գլխատումը, այլեւ, ըստ էության, խրախուսել է այդ ռազմական հանցագործությունները:
Մյուս կողմից, Թուրքիան հայտարարում է, որ դատապարտում է հենց Ադրբեջանի կողմից նախաձեռնված սադրանքի արդյունքում ադրբեջանական խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում եղած զոհերը` չնշելով, որ դրա հիմնական պատճառը պաշտոնական Բաքվի` իր խաղաղ բնակչությանը որպես կենդանի վահան օգտագործելու քաղաքականությունն է: Ստացվում է՝ Թուրքիայի համար դատապարտելը կամ ցավակցելը պայմանավորված է միայն ազգային պատկանելիությամբ, ինչը որեւէ քաղաքակիրթ մեկնաբանությունից դուրս է»:
