«Հանուն կայուն զարգացման» ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Կարինե Դանիելյանը անհասկանալի է համարում, որ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում Սևանա լճից 100 միլիոն խ/մ լրացուցիչ ջրառ իրականացնելու մասին նախագծին միայն 3 պատգամավոր է դեմ քվեարկել:
«Առհասարակ էկոլոգիական մշակույթ Հայաստանում պարզապես չի ձևավորվում: Տարեցտարի նույն հարցը բարձրանում է, և ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկվում, որպեսզի կորուստները կրճատվեն: Մենք կասկածում ենք, որ ոռոգման խնդիրների քողի տակ էներգետիկ նպատակներ են իրականացնում, որ ֆինանսական օգուտներ ստանան»,-Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:
Անդրադառնալով երեկ տեղի ունեցած 4-5 բալանոց երկրաշարժին՝ Կարինե Դանիելյանն ասաց, որ միանգամից շատ ջուր բաց թողնել չի կարելի:
«Սա գիտությանը հայտնի փաստ է, որ լճի այդ տատանումները և ուժերի հարաբերակցությունների կտրուկ փոփոխությունները սեյսմիկ ռիսկ են պարունակում: Ես իհարկե 100 տոկոսով չեմ կարող պնդել, որ երկրաշարժը դրա արդյունք է, սակայն գտնում եմ, որ հավանականությունը շատ բարձր է, քանի որ արդեն բավականաչափ ջուր բաց են թողել և բավականին կարճ ժամանակահատվածում: Այնպես որ, շատ ջուր բաց թողնելը սեյսմիկ վտանգ է պարունակում»,-ասաց նա:
Բնապահպանը նշեց, որ առհասարակ բնության հետ պարզապես հաշվի չեն նստում, և դրա պատասխանը շատ դաժան է լինելու: «Եթե այսպես շարունակենք, ապա վաղը մի կաթիլ ջուր չենք կարողանալու տալ, որովհետև այդ ջուրը կլինի այնպիսի որակի, որ միայն կվնասի գյուղատնտեսությանը»,-ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին, թե ինչ քայլեր են պատրաստվում անել, նա ասաց. «Ինչ պետք է անենք, մնում է նայել, իսկ հետո ասել՝ բա որ ասում էինք, որ այդպես կլինի: Ես էլ հույս չունեմ»:
