5 խորհուրդ, թե ինչպես խանութում գումար խնայել և մարքեթինգին զոհ չգնալ

Շատերը խանութ գնում են այն ժամանակ, երբ տեսնում են, որ սառնարանում ուտելիք համարյա չի մնացել։ Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ գնումներ կատարելու ձեր ռազմավարությունը շատ ծախսատար է։
Կան որոշ կանոններ, որոնց պահպանման դեպքում կարող եք գնել ձեր ցանկացած ուտելիքը, բայց միաժամանակ նաև գումար խնայել։
Ահա այն տարածված սխալները, որ անում են գրեթե բոլորը։
Առանց ցուցակի խանութ գնալը
Ավելի համակարգված գնումներ անելու համար նախօրոք կազմած ցուցակ ունենալը խիստ ցանկալի է։ Կարող եք մի ինքնակպչուն թուղթ փակցնել սառնարանի վրա, և որ ուտելիքը վերջանա, գրեք այդ թղթի վրա։ Մի քանի օր անց կունենաք գնումների պատրաստի ցուցակ։
Բազմաթիվ հետազոտությունները պարզել են, որ ցուցակի բացակայության արդյունքում խանութների գովազդների ու ակցիաների կողմից մարդն ավելի «խոցելի» է դառնում։ Շատ հնարավոր է, որ գնի մի փոքր էժանացման մասին ցուցանակը տեսնելուց հետո գնեք այնպիսի ուտելիք, որը հաստատ մնալու է ձեր խոհանոցի մութ անկյուններից մեկում և, բնականաբար, փչանալու է։
Քաղցած վիճակում խանութ գնալը
Սուպերմարկետ գնալուց առաջ անպայման որևէ բան կերեք, քանի որ քաղցած վիճակում ուտելիքների փաթեթավորումները ձեզ համար շատ ավելի գրավիչ են դառնում։ Մարքեթինգային քայլերին զոհ չդառնալու համար նաև խորհուրդ է տրվում գնումներ անելիս անանուխի համով մաստակ ծամել։
Առավոտյան կամ շաբաթ-կիրակի օրերին գնումների գնալը
Հավատաք, թե ոչ, բայց գնումներ անելու համար կան լավ ու վատ օրեր։ Շատերն իրենց գնումներն անում են շաբաթ-կիրակի օրերին, քանի որ ազատ են այդ ժամանակ։ Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ խանութները սովորաբար թարմացնում են ուտելիքները շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերին։ Ստացվում է, որ շաբաթվա կեսին, օրինակ՝ չորեքշաբթի-հինգշաբթի օրերին արդեն մոտենում են մսամթերքի ու կաթնամթերքի ժամկետները, ուստի դրանց գները զեղչվում են։ Կարճ ասած՝ երբ մոտենում է ուտելիքի սպառման ժամկետը, խանութը ցանկանում է հնարավորինս արագ ազատվել դրանցից՝ այն անգամ վաճառելով ավելի էժան գներով։
Նույնը կարելի է ասել օրվա տարբեր ժամերի մասին․ առավոտյան թարմացված ուտելիքները՝ հիմնականում բանջարեղենը, այլևս թարմ տեսք չեն ունենում երեկոյան, և հենց այդ պատճառով էլ դրանց գները երեկոյան ժամերին ավելի էժան են։
Մեծաքանակ գնումներից հրաժարվելը
Որևէ ապրանք մեծ քանակով գնելն իսկապես ավելի մատչելի է, քան դրանից մեկ-երկու հատ գնելը։ Իսկ եթե մտածում եք, որ շատ քանակով գնված ուտելիքը շուտ կփչանա, ապա միայն չփչացող բաները մեծ քանակով գնեք, օրինակ՝ զուգարանի թուղթը, անձեռոցիկը, ամանի հեղուկը և այլն։
Միայն անմիջապես աչքի դիմաց դրված ապրանքներին նայելը
Ահա խանութների՝ մարդկանց քիչ հայտնի կանոնը․ էժան իրերը դրված են լինում ամենաներքևի շարքերում, մինչդեռ թանկ ապրանքը դրված է լինում միջին հասակ ունեցող մարդու աչքի դիմաց։ Ինչո՞ւ։ Գնումներ կատարելիս մարդկանց մեծ մասը միայն ուսումնասիրում է աչքի դիմացի շարքը՝ աչքաթող անելով ներքևում գտնվող ավելի մատչելի իրերը։
