Նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանն արձագանքել է Լեւոն Բարսեղյանի հայտարարությանը

ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանն արձագանքել է Ժուռնալիստների «Ասպարեզ» ակումբի նախագահ Լեւոն Բարսեղյանի հայտարարությանը:
Այս առնչությամբ, Ժուռնալիստների «Ասպարեզ» ակումբի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ ասվում է.
«Ժուռնալիստների «Ասպարեզ» ակումբը հունիսի 27-ին հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որով հանրությանը եւ ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարին տեղեկացրել էր, որ Հայաստանի պատմության թանգարան ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանը, խախտելով «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքը, թանգարանի մասին տեղեկություններ չի տրամադրում ակումբին (թանգարանային առարկաների ցանկը, ՊՈԱԿ-ի կառավարման խորհրդի կազմը, կանոնադրությունը, նիստերի արձանագրությունների պատճենները եւ կայացրած որոշումները, 2016 եւ 2017 թթ. բյուջեն, հաստիքացուցակը, պաշտոնատար անձանց անունները, ազգանունները, կրթությունը, մասնագիտությունը, պաշտոնը, աշխատանքի վայրի հեռախոսային համարները, էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեները եւ այլն):
Այսօր Ժուռնալիստների «Ասպարեզ» ակումբը տեղեկություն ստացավ նախարարությունից, որ նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը քննության է առել ակումբի հայտարարությունը, եւ «Հայաստանի պատմության թանգարանի տնօրեն Գրիգոր Գրիգորյանին հանձնարարել՝ ինչպես օրենքն է պահանջում, անպայման պատասխանել «Ասպարեզ» ակումբի խորհրդի նախագահ Լեւոն Բարսեղյանի 2017թ. մայիսի 10-ին հղած գրավոր հարցման բոլոր կետերին։ Տնօրենը նախազգուշացվել է այսուհետ չխախտել դրա համար սահմանված ժամկետը»:
