ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Սահմանադրության օրվա առթիվ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասված է.

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

շնորհավորում եմ մեր պետական կարեւորագույն տոներից մեկի՝ Սահմանադրության օրվա առթիվ:

Ամրապնդելով պետականության հիմքերը, մարդուն, նրա իրավունքները եւ ազատությունները հռչակելով բարձրագույն արժեք` Սահմանադրությունն ամրագրել է բոլորիս ձգտումը` ապրել արդար եւ իրավական պետության մեջ: Ավելի քան 20տարվա ընթացքում հիմնական օրենքի, այնուհետեւ դրանում կատարված փոփոխությունների ընդունմամբ սահմանադրական նորմերը որպես ուղենիշներ հիմնավորապես հաստատվել են պետական շինարարության մեջ եւ մեր երկրի հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում:

Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ,

մեր առջեւ շարունակաբար բացվում են նոր հնարավորություններ: Գլխավորապես մեզնից` մեր իրավունքներն ազատորեն իրացնելուց եւ պարտականությունները պատշաճ կատարելուց են կախված մեր առաջընթացն ու զարգացումը: Մենք պիտի ջանք չխնայենք, որ մեր երկիրը հաջողությամբ հաղթահարի դժվարությունները եւ հաստատուն քայլերով ոտք դնի զարգացման հաջորդ փուլ: Սահմանադրությունը ստեղծել է դրան հասնելու բոլոր պայմաններն ու գործիքները:

Քաղաքացու եւ պետության շահերի ընդհանրության գիտակցումով պետք է միավորենք մեր կարողությունները, հմտությունները եւ հնարավորությունները` այդ ամենն օգտագործելով ի շահ երկրի եւ ի բարօրություն ժողովրդի:

Մաղթում եմ կայուն խաղաղություն, ամուր առողջություն, բարեկեցություն,չթուլացող հավատ վաղվա օրվա եւ սեփական ուժերի հանդեպ»:
